The pools close a little bit early and the beaches, the food was not great but it was fine, there was no signs to guide you in the resort, and they should tell that the resort is not on the beach.

Taxis could not enter the road because police blocked it off. Didn't expect the water slides to close off so early and is really a disappointment that they close at sunset, should be open till 8. The beach is a walk outside the hotel and is very small.

At checkout, we were presented with a damage report for a small crack in the balcony glass door that we had not even noticed during our stay. There was no discussion, no questions asked, and no attempt to establish what had happened. We were simply told that we needed to pay for it.

After a lengthy back-and-forth discussion, staff then asked us to sign the damage report. I refused to sign it unless I was allowed to write that the damage was not caused by us, as I did not want the document to be used later to justify a charge to our credit card. Eventually, after further arguing, we were not required to pay, but the entire situation was extremely upsetting and disappointing.

It’s a real shame because, until that point, we had thoroughly enjoyed our stay. What should have been a positive experience ended on a very sour note. The way this was handled has unfortunately put us off returning, despite originally planning to come back with our family.

2 sene önce eşimle burada konakladığımız için anne babamız ve çocuğumuzla tekrar geldik. 2 sene öncesine kıyasla çalışanlar inanılmaz suratsız mutsuz ve sertlerdi. Örneğin wifi sıkıntısı oluyor resepsiyona gidip durumu anlatıyoruz ama sıfır konuşma işaret ile telefonu istiyor kendisi bişeyler yapıyor geri veriyor iletişim sıfır güleryüz sıfır. Biz daha önce öndeki otelde kalmıştık şimdi gittiğimizde ise inanılmaz arka tarafta bi oda verdiler yani fotoğraftakiyle alakası yok. Evet odalar güzeldi temizlik yapan eleman da iyidi ama yaşlı anne babamızla ve çocukla oraya ulaşmak 15 dakikamızı alıyordu. İlk gittiğimizde golf arabasıyla bizi götürdüler işte araba var vs diye ancak daha sonra denizden çıkıp arabaya binmek istediğimizde arabayı kullanan adam bizi hiç bir zaman almadı. Her geldiğimizde arabadan indi, bizi görmezden geldi yaşlı annemizi ve babamızı bindirmek istediğimizde ise sürekli öfleyip püfleyip bizi azarladı. Sırf bi çalışan yüzünden azar yememek için bütün o yolu her gün sıcakta yürümek zorunda kaldık. Çocuklu ve yaşlı olduklarını gördüğü halde bizi asla arabayla bırakmadılar. Her gördüklerinde arabadan indiler ve bizi götürmediler odamıza. Otelin her yerinde olduğu gibi restoran çalışanları da inanılmaz katılar. Tek bir gülenyüz yok. Yukarı Havuzdaki yaşlı cankurtaran bebeğiniz olduğu için sürekli size herkesin içinde bağırıyor ve söyleniyor. Deniz ise iki gün full denizanası istilası olduğu için asla giremedik. İlk gittiğimizde kumdu deniz ama bu sefer sırf yosun ve kayalık vardı. 2 senede turiste bu kadar doyacaklarını ve bu denli şımaracaklarını müşterilere böyle kötü davranabileceklerini asla düşünmezdim.
