Won’t be staying at this location again. Sorry. Front desk was poorly ran and very rude.

The pool was all I can say anything good about our stay.

Cons:

Advertised free WiFi , there was none available. Lady at front desk when I checked in was beyond rude. Called to ask about WiFi she bluntly said no WiFi and hung up on me. Breakfast was ice cold and extremely limited. Would rather it have not even been offered. Every single vending machine was out of water including the front desk. When the house keeper came by we asked for more towels, she didn’t have any so said she’d be back with them. Never came.

Very disappointing

We went and rented the room checked in left the room to go to dinner came back around five. The toilet had flooded all over the floor in the restroom went down. Told the staff immediately they never sent anyone up to the room to clean never sent maintenance said they didn’t have any other rooms available. We stayed in the room for the night with no access to the toilet the next day we spoke with the front desk again they told us to speak with the manager that was on 1227. It is now January 24. We have reached out to the manager at least five times left our phone number twice we’ve gotten no response. We also filed a grievance through Booking.com. They said that the hotel would get back with them within 48 hours. We still have not heard anything from anyone very disappointing very disappointed in the management that they can’t even respond. Not having a restroom and also not having anyone come and clean up or sterilize the room totally unsanitary. We put down towels to collect all of the water. We still would like to hear from management and we would like the one night refunded back to the card we are going to continue to try to reach out with Booking.com and also with the La
Quinta until this gets resolved.

The breakfast was good and fresh. The staff was friendly. The pool was clean and fun.

Cons:

The room was very dusty. Dust was all over the tv, the air unit, the tops of the beds etc. Rooms need to be updated. If you stay on the road side of the room it gets very loud.

It was good!

It’s always away from all the traffic and it’s always clean!!!!

Cons:

The people slamming doors and stomping till almost 1 am both nights. An the lady at check in rolled her eyes because we couldn’t get the button on elevator to go in.

Cons:

The room was not clean! Dead bugs on the floor and window, tons of dog hair. Outlets on the night stand were useless and blew up 2 different fans in 2 different outlets. Housekeeping didn’t bother to give us clean towels and when we went to the desk to asks for towels the receptionist said they didn’t have bath towels and gave us small pool towels. Pay a little extra and stay somewhere else!!!
