Great place to stay when travelling with a family
Pros:

Amazing price-value ratio. Got a family room which is very spacious and has a separate small room for kids, I'd say it's enough to accommodate up to 5 persons. We had a view on the forest so it was quiet. Worth mentioning that housekeeping is wonderful, the room is clean and even tea/water was refilled daily. Staff is friendly, breakfast is OK considering the price (~7 EUR per person for buffet), even proper coffee machine is there. Sandwiches in the fridge next to reception are good.

A few cons:
- while you have a couple hyper- and supermarkets nearby, a few restaurants/cafe/fast food places, the restaurant in the hotel is only open till 4pm, so finding a place to eat after that time is a bit tricky (unless you're OK with a food court in a shopping mall in the next building)
- the forest is close and is a nice place to walk, but the highway is on the other side with no ground-level crossing (going into underground one with a stroller is unforgettable experience)
- bus stop is somewhat close, but expect traffic jams and fully loaded express bus route (some routes are less packed); walking to a metro (or MCC) station is difficult because of the bridges, construction sites and distance. We tried it once, but used the buses instead after
- everyone who tried breakfast complained about egg quality -- probably it's better to change a supplier

Highly confortable, convenient and secure, we were able to attend fro here to activities, some close, some in the center of the city, without difficulties. The personnell was very helpful, and the breakfast excellent.

Decent hotel for 1-2 night stay
Pros:

Decent hotel for a budget stay. Room A/C did not work, but for the price, we cannot complain. Staff was very helpful. Hotel close to bus station from which you can reach metro in 20 minutes.

Много раз уже останавливаемся именно в этом отеле. К сожалению, нужно искать другой. Обслуживание вежливое, но мнения и пожелания наши никому неинтересны. Просили номер подальше от лифта и ресторанных вытяжек (мешают гулом ночью спать), получили номер рядом с лифтом и рестораном.
Огорчила очень плохая уборка в номере. На раковине засохшая грязь, ванна не моется никогда, валяются волосы, занавеска ванны вообще как с помойки - страшно прикоснуться. Чашки грязные, бар пустой, пятна на матрасе, ну и шумный номер - хотя просили лично потише. Парковка платная -200 руб.
Отель старый, нуждается в капитальном ремонте номеров и смене оборудования. Жаль - местоположение для нас очень удобное, но санитарное состояние очень неприятно.

Clean and comfortable hotel
Pros:

The Maxima Slavia, although located far from the city center, was a very clean and comfortable hotel for its price range. It also was very warm in the late fall!

Приезжайте в отель Максима Славия!
Pros:

Первый раз я остановился в гостинице Максима Славия в 2010 году, подходы к самой гостинице были закрыты и повсюду велись строительные работы по расширению шоссе. Со временем все обустроилось и идти от остановки до гостиницы стало более комфортно. Не смотри на три звезды, в отеле очень чисто, уютно, а особенно белоснежное постельное белье. Приветливый и всенающий пресонал гостиницы всегда помогут найти нужное место в Москве.

저렴하며 무나했으며 시기적으로 난방이 안되는 환절기에 객실온도가 썰렁했으나 이불 덮고 자니 지장이 없었음
아침식사 별도 지불하고 먹었으며 식당이 아늑하고 빵과 햄 치즈로 구성된 부페식으로 괜찮았음

Хороший отель,вежливый персонал и очень чистый номер для меня это главное!!! Единственное до метро ехать на маршрутке минут 15 а так все гуд!

Исправляйте свои недостатки!
Pros:

В целом отель на твердую 4, есть недостатки: первый и самый важный в летний период это кондиционер, который не работает, второй - халаты гладить не пробовали?
