the hotel was beautifully presented throughout, and in a nice quiet location. the staff were friendly and the room was perfect, very comfy bed

Nel complesso anche se la struttura è bella da vedersi e molto in stile greco non considero questo hotel un 5 stelle.
Pros:

La camera era bella, con una mini piscina privata sul balcone. Peró nel complesso non era molto grande. La vista anche era molto bella, peccato per i pali della luce in mezzo.

Cons:

La zona piscina ha delle cabanas un po’ vecchie, dovrebbero sistemarle e rinnovare i cuscini. La colazione non degna di un 5 stelle. Il personale gentile sì, ma non troppo sveglio. Mi aspettavo un servizio migliore e un personale più formato.

You do not get what you pay for!!! Below average hotel
Pros:

The property was only a 10 minute taxi away from the main town which we found handy. The pool had beautiful views of the caldera and the hotel kept a clean and calm vibe.

Cons:

We left a bad review after having a disappointing stay at this hotel for many reasons and the hotels response was to bribe us with a partial refund or complimentary stay if we removed our review which we found was very very dishonest and secretive. My partner tried to use the spa facilities but was immediately told that he wasn’t allowed to use them even though we had paid for the room which had it included. They didn’t ask for the room number or anything but simply looked at him and assumed he wasn’t allowed to be there which is disappointing. The food was below average especially for the price you pay and don’t even think about ordering room service as they add a whopping €15 room service fee even though the rooms are all a 5 minute walk away from the main restaurant. We had a very poor nights sleep on the first night as the air conditioning was left on a timer setting which kept turning off which should have been fixed before our arrival. Also do not forget to log off of any streaming accounts because when we tried to watch Netflix it was still logged into the previous guests account which is shocking as it should be something the staff checks before any new guests come. All I can say is yes it’s pretty but 100% not worth it for a luxury rate.
