Η αργοπορία που υπήρχε στην εξυπηρέτηση του πρωϊνου και το προσωπικό που υπήρχε στο πρωινό, σε αντίθεση με το προσωπικό της ρεσεψιόν που ήταν πολύ ευγενικό.

Cons:

Binanın önüne pergola yapılması gerek minimum 6 metre genişliğinde. Yağmur yağarken müşteriler ıslanıyor. Bunu hotelin iyiliği için yazıyorum.

Απαιτείται άμεση ανακαίνιση στα δωμάτια. Πολύ άσχημα κρεβάτια. Παρωχημένος και παλαιός εξοπλισμός δωματίου. Παλιά μπάνια. Κουφώματα που δεν έκλειναν καλά. Μυρμήγκια..... Απουσία κλιματισμού. Ελλιπής φωτισμός. Γενικλα πρόκειται για ένα παρατημένο, ασυντήρητο ξενοδοχείο, με ακραία παραπλανητική και εξοργιστικά υψηλή τιμή.

Είναι λυπηρό να πληρώσει κάποιος 200,00€ για να κοιμηθεί στο Grecotel Imperial στη Λάρισα σε ένα περιβάλλον 6 βαθμών εξωτερικής θερμοκρασίας την νύχτα και 11-12 βαθμούς στο δωμάτιο μιας και η reception σε ερώτησή μου εάν υπάρχει θέρμαση μου απάντηση πως η γραμμή του ξενοδοχείου αυτή την εποχή είναι τα μηχανήματα θερμοκρασίας να είναι στο Air Condition στο ΚΡΥΟ...Ύστερα από αίτησή μου έφεραν ένα φορητό μικρό καλοριφερ που γι αυτόν το χώρο δεν έκανε τίποτα και ενεργοποιήθηκε αφού έριξε την ασφάλεια του ρεύματος 5 φορές..Ο νυπτήρας στο μπάνιο βουλωμένος..Μήπως τα 200,00€ ήταν λίγα και με τιμωρήσατε?--απαράδεκτο--Οι συζητήσεις στο πρωινό είχαν αυτό το θεμα..το θέμα της θερμοκρασίας--όλοι οι ένοικοι είχαν γίνει Εσκιμώοι....Απαράδεκτο..Θα υπάρξει και συνέχεια..
