It was nasty, looked like the towels weren't even clean. Very run down and not taken care of. TV controller u couldn't use unless you were standing next to the TV.

Definition or “Roach Motel” / Trap House
Pros:

Good internet connection, Smart Tv

Cons:

1. Parking Lot & exterior of building extremely dirty (smells like urine)
2. Excessive amount of outsiders (junkies) lingering around the property
3. Overcrowded parking lot
4. Very little hot water water pressure extremely low
5. Peeling paint, leaky sink, dirty floors , stained sheets /bed covers, strong order of mold ,

Biggest issue was the roach infestation throughout the whole room everything was covered in roaches the 1st day they were not visible we checked in around 2:30 pm but room smelled like mold . Early next morning around 6 am got up to use bathroom turned on light by sink area roaches were all over sink and walls turned walked towards beds roaches walking all over headboards , on tv , around mini fridge and microwave walked back towards bathroom tub and ceiling full of roaches as well
I left throughout the day had meetings to attend my sister and kids stood got back around 7pm all I got were complaints of roaches ac turning off and on domestic disputes loud yelling crying banging coming from room next door people lounging around smoking and drinking right outside our door . We decide to pack up and leave I went to office and let them know we were leaving and why the guy offered to switch rooms as they did to 4 other guests who had complained of roach infestation as well we preferred to leave the whole building is infested to much of a health risk for my 3yr old toddler and dog aside it being unsafe

This experience was horrible 1st motel 6 I’ve had a bad experience with the health department should be called the place is under many violations their rates are low for a reason.

I requested a refund the property/management are well aware of the conditions of this property but don’t seem to care which is visible by who the type of people they let stay there long term.
My refund request has been ignored I did not even stay the last night being offered a $26 accommodation or credit from booking.

Pros:

I did not like it

Cons:

The room. The location. People hanging out late night in parking lot.
Online pictures were different than the actual room. Light did not work. No phone inside room no lamp. Mold on tiles in bathroom. Shower curtain had mold at the bottom. Rust around door frame in bathroom. Hardly no water coming out. Room smelt like cigarettes when I asked non smoking.

The cockroaches have moved in ...

Location and ease of access to freeways and main roads

Cons:

Cockroach infestation in Room 110 ... small cockroaches on the walls, beneath and around the minibar and innthe bathroom.
I went to the Stater Bros supermarket at 9pm to buy Raid insecticide spray after seeing a cockroach crawling on the bed covers.
I had never had this problem in this motel on previous visits.

Uncomfortable and uninviting.
Pros:

The location was ideal since it was close to the venue that I was attending. There are also a lot of food options nearby and a Walmart that was less than a 10-minute drive away to get everything I forgot to bring with me.

Cons:

There was no one present to check me in. There was also no bell or buzzer to call someone to the front. I actually had to call the hotel the hotel for someone to come out and greet me. The room itself was quite dirty. I had to wipe down and spray every surface I placed my things on. The outlet by the sink had come out of the wall, which was a safety concern for me. There were flies everywhere and roaches on the bed. I ended up checking out and not staying there for the time that I booked. When I requested a refund, they refused to give me my money back, so I’m extremely upset about that. I will never book this place again.

Couldn’t wait to get out of there.
Cons:

Very tight parking, entire building has some maintenance issues. The room had modern floors that needed a deep cleaning, microwave was filthy, mold in the shower, refrigerator was broken and wouldn’t close, only one chair in room, a little, tiny area for closet. This is a very basic hotel with limited amenities. Owners apparently don’t want much contact with guests as guests aren’t allowed in lobby area. We booked a disabled room and did not get one.
