Poor customer service
Pros:

Nothing.

Cons:

Lack of customer service, no employee would come to the window for us to check in. Although the reservation was paid in full for 4 nights, we were unable to check in and then the entire booking was canceled. No employee answers the phone, and unable to leave a voice message. Still have not received our refund.

Convenient for the need to be in the area.
Pros:

It was close to Cerritos College where I attended the USATF Track and Field Junior Olympics. I live about an hour from this location, but I couldn't risk getting trapped iin traffic both mornings, so I decided to get a motel.

Cons:

The stairs to the second floor. They were very steep and I have bad knees.
