Convenient for the need to be in the area.
Pros:

It was close to Cerritos College where I attended the USATF Track and Field Junior Olympics. I live about an hour from this location, but I couldn't risk getting trapped iin traffic both mornings, so I decided to get a motel.

Cons:

The stairs to the second floor. They were very steep and I have bad knees.
