The room smelled cigarette smoke no soap only two towels no coffee in the morning in the office and the manager was rude

Good location, bed was decent

Cons:

Walls were dirty, the ceiling had electrical coming out of the top with no light so had to use flashlights to shower. I called the day before and the owner said I could come the next day at 1pm, I showed up at 1:30pm and he told me come back at 2:10. I sat in the parking lot til 2:10 a woman then says I can’t check in til 3, I started looking up other hotels and 10 minutes later a costumer comes to tell me in my car that my room is ready.

もう二度と利用しない。
Cons:

スタッフの態度がひどく、めんどくさそうに対応してきた。強盗除けの防弾アクリル越しのやり取りもはっきりと英語が聞こえず、何度も聞き返す羽目になった。
隣の部屋もテレビの音が夜遅くまで聞こえ、夜中の1時にようやく静かになった。
子供の泣き叫ぶ声も1時間ほど聞こえており、虐待を疑ったほどだが真相は不明。
もう二度と利用しようとは思わない。

Stay away from Motel 6 in Norwalk, CA and Booking.com
Pros:

It appeared to be a halfway house or something of that nature. I felt unsafe, so I canceled my reservation. Did not receive my refund. Working with local TV station to expose this chain and booking.com of their practices.

Stayed at this hotel before no problem this weekend no too much sleep because turn on light or get up see too many roach
