I attended a baby shower/Afternoon tea today the 19th April 2026 and it was absolutely fantastic, a definite 5 stars. The surroundings, the food, the staff everything was perfect. I would highly recommend it. Aileen couldn't have been more helpful and the staff were so friendly and lovely to deal with.

Everything from start to finish was perfect.
Great food, friendly and attentive staff, professionalism; nothing was too much trouble.
Dots Bar is a lovely venue for socialising and having a bite to eat. A very relaxing ambience and a pleasant way to have a good time.

My husband, daughter and myself had outstanding meal and indeed not for the first time. We absolutely love to go to the Rose hotel for a meal never lets us down love it. Rebecca who served us was amazing a lovely girl and wonderful at her job. We cannot wait to go back. Triona Kelliher Neilan

We as a group had a beautiful afternoon tea experience this afternoon. Firstly we were met by Patrick Windle operations manager in the reception area . He welcomed us and gave us the option of having our afternoon tea experience in the glass room or the Rose room to which we chose the Rose room. It is a beautifully decorated room for such an event a lovely ambience in the room . The waiters and waitresses were very attentive to our group we were offered a second helping of food which was amazing and plenty of tea and coffee and cappuccino. The food was so fresh and tasty . We were told to enjoy ourselves and not to be in any hurry leaving the room . We will definetly be booking this venue again for such an amazing experience. Lixnaw Active Retirement group

What an amazing Hotel wonderful staff naming but a few Jenny , Mark, Shane and Aileen. They were so good and would go over and above to help in anyway .
We had amazing food in Dotts bar , bearing in mind I’m a Coeliac and that amazing Claire that served us , such a lovely personality. Thank you Claire . Shane was delighted with his birthday meal

We had my sisters 50th here last weekend.
From the moment we arrived, we had the pleasure of meeting Ken. He was fun lighthearted and helpful checking up on us during our time there. The restaurant staff were polite, well-mannered, professional, and accommodating. A tall irish lady and a Portuguese man took care of us. Some wanted to choose from the bar menu, they just made it easy. And Patrick too who arranged my booking, nothing was a bother. The room we were in, just off the restaurant, was fabulous, lovely decor and place is spotless. The food, everyone of us said it was lovely, full of flavour, well presented, even the colour of the food on the plate looked appealing. It was a great experience all around. Well done, and thank you.

Uns hat das Hotel sehr gut gefallen. Die Mitarbeiter aus allen Bereichen waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Die Bar und das Restaurant waren super. Das Essen und die Trinks sehr schmackhaft und die Preise ebenfalls in Ordnung. Die Zimmer waren gut ausgestattet, die Betten bequem. Die Reinigung sehr sauber.
