A great place .Good location .Friendly staff . Great breakfast
Pros:

The breakfast was wounderfull the rooms were very nice .I stayed only one night but wished it had been more than that.Wil go back.

Cons:

The price for weekend rate was high.

Absolutely fabulous, comfortable and look forward to going back.
Pros:

It’s an absolutely beautiful Hotel, great food and service. There was music in the lobby and we have such an enjoyable time there. The family room was spacious and exceptionally comfortable. Really great value for money, over €200 cheaper than hotels in Killarney. There’s a beautiful walk through Tralee town park to get into town. Super breakfast and all the staff were so helpful and friendly.

Cons:

There was nothing to not like!

The shower curtain needs a curved rod so that it’s not touching you the whole time you are trying to get clean.

Pure relaxation
Pros:

We had a fab stay. The hotel is stunning. Spotless. And so quiet and peaceful. The staff could not be nicer. Will be back. Thanks so much

Loved the hotel, will definetly stay again
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, great friendly helpful staff, brilliant location, relaxing music in the lobby, great music in the bar which was loud enough to hear and low enough to chat comfortably.

Cons:

Bed was a bit hard, hadn’t booked the spa in advance and there was nothing available from 3 on a bank holiday Saturday or Sunday , even though there appeared to be staff available

Pros:

Staff very nice. I liked the location and rooms weren't too bad

Cons:

Wouldn't stay there again. There was a wedding on. Couldn't sleep for hrs with my 3 year old as it was like having a band outside the room. Granted hotels host wedding but most of them I dont hear but this was brutal.
