Don’t waste your money here. It’s definitely not *** hotel. Motel quality for hotel price.
Pros:

Rooms were clean

Cons:

Breakfast was stale. Plastic forks and cheap paper plates. Food very poor quality. Pool area dirty and no towels. Spa foamy. Some of the desk staff were extremely rude and no customer service skills at all.

Everything was good, location etc. Only down was the breakfast.
Pros:

Staff was outstanding.

Cons:

Breakfast was terrible. Kitchen staff were too busy talking in the back to refill items. Out of everything. Ate out for breakfast the next morning.

Cons:

When pulling back the sheets on one of the queen beds, there were black specs all over the sheets. Completely grossed out! The sheets had clearly not been changed - absolutely disgusting!

The breakfast, indoor pool, location

Cons:

The hot tub wasn't working. Told the front desk and was told that,"no one else complained" well if only ran for 5 minutes at a time then needed 15-20 minutes before it ran again. Also asked for towels to be put in our room since there weren't any towels at the pool and we used our room ones. I asked around 11am and didn't rewritten until after midnight and the towels never were put in the room.
