Good for a short stay.
Pros:

Good value, good location. Clean Room, comfortable bed. Indoor pool and Hot Tub very clean, well maintained.

Cons:

Breakfast not the greatest,but not the worst. Toilet was very clean, no complaints there, but very short. Not great for tall people..

It was fine but will probably stay at another hotel close by on next visit.
Pros:

Pool and hot tub were good. Nicest stairwells in a hotel we have seen. They were carpeted and wide just as nice as the rest of the decor in the hotel.

Cons:

The breakfast was not very good. We went the second day of our stay across the street to Cracker Barrel. Staff was competent but not very friendly. Expected more southern hospitality. Blocked the HDMI plug ins to the TV's in the rooms, so we couldn't hook up our video games to the TV.

Excellent choice for littles
Pros:

This is a very clean and comfortable property. It’s located in a safe area of Chattanooga. We enjoyed the heated (up to 82 degrees) pool and the hot tub. The beds were comfortable and they provided plenty of pillows and blankets. The room was spotless. Staff was extremely friendly and there was plenty of parking available.

Will stay again
Pros:

Check in was a breeze at 3 pm. Check out was a breeze as well. Place was clean, quiet. Had what we needed- toiletries, pack n play, 1 extra pillow, blanket, linen for pull out sofa. Microwave, mini fridge. Walk in glass shower. Breakfast was ideal. Pool and hot tub were amazing!! Area was clean, not humid / hot like some hotels and no strong chlorine smells. Water in pool was not cold and hot tub was relaxing! Outdoor patio by pool was nice-had table and chairs. Didn't have any trouble with parking, its a 3 story hotel. Jesse and the lady before his shift that checked me in- Nicole? Were nice employees to deal with!

Cons:

blanket for pull out couch. It's so thin and couch is right by AC unit and window and it blows really cold on whoever sleeps on couch. So a thicker blanket just like 1 on the bed would be ideal.

Friendly staff.

Cons:

The fact that since the washer and dryer are coin operated by quarters and they don’t offer a quarter machine or have adequate quarters at the front desk is not acceptable. My clothes had to be pulled out after the cycle and weren’t dried. There were tons of ants and some clover mites are around the hot tub, and also the floor in the pool area is not clean. Also, the lock on the door does not function correctly.
