Would not stay again.
Pros:

Room was nice except for someone's used wash rag hanging over the shower rod.

Cons:

No parking. The entire back row of parking spots for vehicles was taken up by a semi, a tour bus, and two or three box trucks. There were no spots for individual vehicles. When I brought that to the attention of the desk clerk he replied "Yes, I know. You can park wherever you can but don't block the entrance" When I asked for a refund I was told he could not give us a refund. Fortunately he was going off duty and we were able to get his space, which had a large SUV parked over the line into that space. The selection of TV channels was horrible. Not sure what you're supposed to be able to fit in the micro fridge, it was approx 1'X1' outside, much smaller inside.

My family stayed here for 2 nights for short vacay. The rooms were clean and it was super quiet.
Pros:

Clean rooms, good variety of breakfast food, quiet, cold air conditioning, coffee provided in lobby

Cons:

Time breakfast stopped being served

Overall, we had a great vacation and stay!
Pros:

The kids loved the clean pool area. The facility overall was pretty clean. The majority of the staff was friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

Some staff members were not welcoming and seemed bothered by requests for extra towels. There were not enough towels and wash clothes for the number of people we had in each room. The coffee pot in the room was too small and did not have enough coffee for the number of people we had in the room.

Short getaway trip
Pros:

Easy check in, convenient last minute accommodation, clean rooms, cold air conditioning

Breakfast needs to be extended by an hour, outdoor pool would be nice, more washcloths were needed, no TV program pamphlet was available

Good but not great.
Pros:

The facilities were clean and very nice. Most of the staff were friendly. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

I had very little hot water. First, the handle is backward labeling hot and Cold. When I asked the front desk about hot water I was told about the possibility of backward handles. If it wasn't the handle, then he didn't know what to tell me... So I tried again using the cold side. The water got warm so I quickly jumped in - for me it was a cold shower. When I was about to get out the water finally began to get warm - this was about 8 minutes. The water never got Hot... but it did get warmer.
Hot water is really important to me. I expect to have it when paying for an over night stay. I hate being cold.

Overall, good place to stay & relax, close to attractions!
Pros:

Location for Chattanooga attractions, ease of getting to room (1st floor), price, heated pool & hot tub

Cons:

Incident in pool area prior to our arrival: pool closed at first for cleanup due to other guests misuse! After reopening, toilet paper debris still on wall around pool area, in pool restroom, pool ceiling and in pool water - not large amounts but not thoroughly cleaned!
