Important information:

Please note, Colombian residents abroad and foreign guests are tax-exempt when buying a tourist package (accommodations plus service). A Visa TP - 11 or Permiso - 5 / PTP - 5 tourist visa must be presented upon arrival.

If you travel with your child under eighteen (18) years of age, you must present the minor’s identification document and the document corroborating the first degree of consanguinity (biological father - child) or first degree of civil kinship (adoptive parent - adoptive child).
If the minor does not travel in the company of his parents, it will be indispensable that the responsible adult delivers at the reception, in addition to the identification document of the minor, the permission of the parents with personal presentation before a notary public, together with the copy of the identification document of those who gave the authorization. Without this documentation, minors will not be allowed in the hotel. This is in accordance with the law.

Breakfast is not included for children under 11 years old when using existing beds and should be paid at the hotel upon check-in.

All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of their parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by their parents.

Nous avions réservé pour 4 personnes et la plate-forme booking nous obligeait à prendre deux appartements donc en arrivant comme un appartement contenait deux chambres de deux personnes, on a voulu en annuler une et le personnel n’a rien voulu savoir

L’emplacement. Le petit déjeuné sauf le dimanche, à peine acceptable

Cons:

Le consommation forcée de prendre deux appartements de 4 personnes. Alors que nous étions 4 . Inadmissible !!! Malgré notre réclamation à l’hôtel et à Booking. Chacun se renvoyant la faute.

Quisiera informar que el Jacuzzi no hubo suficiente espuma y las burbujas insuficientes, llamé pero aún cuando el señor fue y me dio medio frasco de shampo, pues realmente ni salió espuma y no quedé satisfecha con el servicio

Acabo de llegar al sauna y la chica me informa que no le habían avisado para prender el

Estoy en el spa con mis hijas esperando que se suba la temperatura del sauna, porque aún cuando la reserva era para las 10:00 lo acaba de prender cuando llegue porque no le habían avisado

La verdad es molesto, porque nadie me hizo acompañamiento del jacuzzi al sauna, estoy en bata con mis hijas esperando que se suba la temperatura


Estando allá llame para que me llevaran bebidas al room service pero tampoco me respondieron

Y pues discúlpame pero no estoy pagando poco dinero un servicio bastante deficiente y una experiencia que debía ser linda con mis hijas ha sido por demás desagradable

Estadia en Bogota cerca a Unicentro

Los desayunos, parking, seguridad y la atencion del personal

Cons:

este apto del sexto piso, era antiguo y mas pequeño, estaba en malas condiciones de mantto, presion baja de la ducha, zocalos despegados, toma corrientes fuera de servicio, el colchon ya esta para cambio.
