Dobra lokalizacja, bezpłatny parking, wygodne łóżko.

Cons:

Obiekt bardzo nas rozczarował, pani w recepcji, która nas meldowała bardzo nieuprzejma i niekompetentna. Z uwagi na wczesny wyjazd i późne godziny wydawania śniadania zapytaliśmy czy możemy prosić o prowiant albo wcześniejsze śniadanie pani odparła, że nie ma obowiązku zjedzenia śniadania (!) Wprowadziła nas również w błąd twierdząc, że będziemy mogli rano skorzystać z zimnego bufetu. Chcieliśmy zjeść o 6.30, ale od innej pani, która rano była w recepcji dowiedzieliśmy się, że nie ma takiej możliwości.
Obiekt nie posiada windy.
Czystość na średnim poziomie.
W pokoju brakowało ręczników.
Cena znacznie powyżej oczekiwań co do jakości. Nie polecam!

Das Hotel kann ich wärmstens empfehlen
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist wunderschön. Der Park am Hotel ist sehr schön angelegt und sehr gepflegt. Der kostenlose Parkplatz ist sehr vorteilhaft. Das gute Restaurant ist sehr empfehlenswert

Cons:

Die Reinigung der Zimmer während des Aufenthalts war nicht wirklich zufriedenstellend vor allem die Bodenreinigung. Die nächtliche Unterhaltungen der Gäste waren sehr störend

Mooi hotel rustig gelegen omgeven door een park. Vlakbij bushalte, tram naar Krakow, winkelcentrum. Goed ontbijt. Wel geen lift.

Es war ein nicht erholsamer Aufenthalt wegen der vielen Partys im Hotel und im Hotelpark.

Zimmergröße war gut sowie auch das Frühstück.

Cons:

Es fanden an drei Abenden bis nachts 02:30 bis 03:00 Uhr eine Firmenfeier und zwei Hochzeitsfeiern statt. Auch dann kehrte noch keine Ruhe ein, weil das Hotelpersonal direkt im Anschluss sowohl die Möbel als auch das Geschirr direkt im Freien mit großem Lärm wegräumten. An Nachtruhe war nicht zu denken!
Zu bemängeln ist ebenfalls, dass die Sauna nur für eine Stunde am späten Abend nutzbar war und außerdem nur gegen Gebühr.
Wünschenswert wäre auch eine kompetente Auskunft zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln durch das Rezeptionspersonal.

Pros:

Spędziliśmy w hotelu tylko jedną noc, ale wszystko przebiegło bez zarzutu. Zameldowanie błyskawiczne, pokój czysty. Obsługa miła i pomocna. Rano zjedliśmy pyszne i urozmaicone śniadanie. Zdecydowanie polecamy i chętnie tu wrócimy:)
