Older location can’t be beat. Staff is friendly and accommodating as you would want.
Pros:

Actual beachfront.Staff extremely accommodating and friendly. Older Hotel and still had to care with the need for attention to some things that need to be repaired.

Cons:

The buffet was not that great. The pool was an operatable as they had an issue and they had to repair it, but those things do happen

Argument with front office manager about providing extra water beyond 2 bottles of 335ml during my stay.

She made unnecessary argument about charging for water, which no other hotels of similar standard had done over my 4 weeks stay in Vietnam. Penny wise pound foolish. The hotel lost my 40 says stay which I confirmed with another Hotel 1 km away.

Idiots no business sense.

Pros:

The staff made me feel at home and remembered the little things like my birthday. Our room was huge and the air-conditioning was great. Was close to the ocean and view was fantastic!

Cons:

The Fitness center might need some work but it was still usable.
