Das Frühstück und die Lage.
Generell gibt sich das Personal im Empfangsbereich und beim Zimmerservice sehr grosse Mühe.

Cons:

Jemand war in meinem Zimmer. Die Kontrolle und Überwachung ist schlecht. Das Personal beim Buffetservice ist zuwenig über die Internationalen Gepflogenheiten im Service geschult.
Das Kabel des Radio war einseitig eingeschnitten und offen, nicht repariert.

Tweede keer in dit hotel. Fenomenaal zicht vanop de 28ste verdieping! Daarvoor alleen al zou je er verblijven. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Heerlijk ontbijt. Centrale ligging nabij la septima.

Cons:

Het hotel is aan opfrissing toe (onder meer de ramen sluiten niet zo goed meer).
