Очень хороший отель с собственной атмосферой. Завтрак хоть и не богат разнообразием, но все по отдельности очень высокого качества: сыры, рыба, выпечка, все очень вкусное.
Обслуживание очень отличается от сетевых отелей в лучшую сторону. Реально уделяют внимание гостю.
Очень интеллигентная публика на завтраке и ужине.
Хороший консьерж, реально в теме, подсказал джазовые клубы, прислал кучу ссылок на телефон.
This place was perfect the moment I walked up to the front door the staff were very friendly and helped my with my bag. Check in was easy the the room felt very classy with the high ceilings. The breakfast was the best I've had in St Petersburg. The breakfast staff were also very friendly and spoke English well. Keep up the good work and see you next time I'm in spb!
From the first minute we arrived, we were very impressed with the service from the staff from check in to a special mention for Peter who from taking our bags to the room, giving us lots of information about the hotel and other tourist things to help with our stay to then offering us the free sparkling wine thats always available. Room, bed and breakfast was lovely we couldnt fault a thing

We were greeted on arrival from smiling staff into a lovely sunny courtyard. The room was clean and nicely appointed. The breakfast was excellent and service was friendly. All in all an excellent experience. I would recommend this property!!

Great location. Friendly, helpful staff. Amazing breakfast. They gave us an early check in when we had been flying overnight and arrived at the hotel at 8 am.
