Savršena lokacija i ljubazno osoblje
Pros:

Savršena lokacija, čist restoran i izuzetno osoblje, posebno bih pohvalila mladog službenika sa recepcije Matea, odlično govori jezike, prijatan je i ljubazan, pomogao nam je u preporuci restorana u Gracu kao i kod svakog pitanja koje smo imali.

Cons:

Sve što bih zamerila zasenjuju lokacija i ljubaznost osoblja, suštinskih zamerki nemam, od hotela sa 3 zvedice nisam očekivala Ritz. Hotel je u skladu sa kategorizacijom, a lokacija i ljubaznost osoblja su i iznad kategorije.

Perfect in Every Way
Pros:

Charming and impeccably clean hotel that is close to everything. Only three tram stops from the train station. Very spacious rooms and great breakfast. Front desk is very friendly and helpful. Beautiful bar with outdoor service. Definitely would recommend.
