Hotel mit toller Lage und freundlichem Personal, aber mangelhaften Frühstück

Die Lage des Hotels ist topp, sowohl das Zentrum als auch der Hausberg mit Uhrturm sind in kurzer Zeit fußläufig zu erreichen.
Das Personal der Rezeption ist super freundlich, das hat uns gefallen.

Cons:

Leider war das Frühstück nicht besonders gut. Der Kaffee verdiente den Namen nicht. Selbst ein Espresso hatte kaum die Stärke eines einfachen Kaffees.
Als wir 8.00Uhr zum Frühstück kamen, sah es dort schon sehr dürftig aus. Obst fehlte und wurde erst auf Verlangen aufgefüllt, ebenso das Rührei. Die gekochten Eier hatten Kühlschranktemperatur.

Hotel quasi perfetto.
Pros:

Ottima la posizione, in pieno centro e vicino ad un parcheggio coperto. La camera spaziosa, confortevole e pulita. Il personale non parla italiano ma abbiamo comunicato in inglese e sono stati tutti molto gentili e disponibili. Colazione continentale che accontenta tutti i gusti e le necessità.

Cons:

Unica critica è il buffet della colazione per i bambini. I miei figli sono abituati a mangiare biscotti e latte ma non c'erano biscotti di nessun tipo e nemmeno croissants o torte semplici o al cioccolato. Unica torta era la torta di mele che purtroppo a loro non è piaciuta. C'erano tuttavia cereali e pane con le confezioni monodose di nutella e siamo riusciti ad accontentarli 😅

Genau das richtige Hotel für mich.
Pros:

Großartige Lage; viele Lokale rundherum, Nähe zum Rathaus; großes ruhiges Zimmer; sogar Venilator vorhanden, bei der Hitze hilfreich; Wahlmöglickeit, Frühstück in Anspruch zu nehmen oder nicht, ich habe darauf verzichtet. Freundliches Personal. Beim nächsten Besuch in Graz werde ich dieses Hotel sicher wieder nehmen.

Wir haben zu einem sehr günstigen Preis ein sehr grosses, komfortables Zimmer bekommen.
Ohne Klima, trotzdem angenehm im Zimmer, obwohl es Außen sehr heiß war.

Located right next to Kunsthaus, the location is amazing. You’re able to be anywhere in the city quickly.
