Pratiquement parfait
Pros:

Emplacement idéal au centre ville, un.peu bruyant mais acceptable. Très propre, chambre spacieuse et confortable, personnel aimable même si pas tout le monde semblait avoir le même degré de compétence, petit déjeuner bon et copieux.

Personal sehr freundlich, alles sauber, das Zimmer war jedoch eigentlich nicht akzeptabel.
Cons:

Unser Zimmer 102 war dringend renovierungsbedürftig. Einrichtung uralt, keine Gardarobe oder zumindest Hacken an der Wand, Wandspiegel wäre ebenfalls wünschenswert. Keine Steckdose im Bad für Rasierer oder el.Zahnbürste, Badewanne repariert, Türe repariert, keine Hacken für Handtuch etc. Plisses am Fenster defekt, nicht richtig nutzbar.

Pros:

Die Lage direkt in der Altstadt , mit Blick auf den Uhrenturm ,die Kunsthalle und die kurzen Wege zum Bahnhof und Tram , machten uns die Besichtigungen sehr leicht.Die Touristeninfo ist auch sehr gut ausgestattet und so waren Wanderungen durch die Klam und an dem wunderschönen Fluss entlang auch problemlos, obwohl wir mit der DB angereist sind.
Das Hotel ist schon sehr alt und so sollte man nicht mit neuen Leitungen im Bad rechnen.

Cons:

Siehe oben Bad, aber das ist nebensächlich. Ich habe die Badewanne sehr genossen und wusste,dass es kein Neubau ist.

La ora 6 dimineață au început muncitorii cu picamerele sa facă zgomote infernale chiar sub geamul nostru. Ora a fost total nepotrivita pentru o zona cu facilitati de cazare.

Hotellet ligger perfekt i Graz, promenadavstånd till det mesta och nära till spårvagnshållplats. Stort och rent rum. Helt ok frukost.

Cons:

Precis utanför vårt hotellfönstet låg en pub. Trevligt i och för sig men den hade öppet till kl. 04.00... blev högljutt ibland. Rummet var väldigt varmt och det gick inte att stänga av elementet. Enligt damen i receptionen var det bara så och gick inte att göra något åt. Det drar tyvärr ned betyget.

Der Lärmpegel von draußen war ein Wahnsinn! Hat unsere Nachtruhe leider sehr beeinträchtigt.

Perfect and unforgettable time in very heart of Graz.
Pros:

Location near to the city center was perfect spot. Staff was very polite and ready to answer on every request at their capacity. Breakfast was in lot of variety and quality of foods.
