If the minor does not travel in the company of his parents, it will be indispensable that the responsible adult delivers at the reception, in addition to the identification document of the minor, the permission of the parents with personal presentation before a notary public, together with the copy of the identification document of those who gave the authorization. Without this documentation, minors will not be allowed in the hotel. This is in accordance with the law.

el horario de las piscinas es muy malo ya que la abren muy tarde , creo que podían mejorar e innovar en las zonas humedas, por el valor de la estadia esa parte es super importante y la verdad tienen piscinas muy basicas

Que ustedes no tengan claro lo de los desayunos si lo cuando está confirmada la reserva del checking. Con ellos ha si dejan claro el desayuno de los menores.

El único problema es que en una de las piscinas (la de los niños) había gran cantidad de abejas, los trabajadores terminaron cerrando la piscina. Muchos vendedores en la playa que puede llegar a ser incómodo.
