If the minor does not travel in the company of his parents, it will be indispensable that the responsible adult delivers at the reception, in addition to the identification document of the minor, the permission of the parents with personal presentation before a notary public, together with the copy of the identification document of those who gave the authorization. Buscaba playa, tranquila con seguridad y estuvo Perfecto. Todo lo que tiene dotado en playa hace que sea ideal este espacio.
Es muy bien ubicado, cerca a centro comercial, aeropuerto y Rodadero.
Destacó el desayuno, excelente en variedad, presentacion, sabores y calidad.
El servicio en los restaurante excelente al igual que servicio de comida y bebidas en la playa. Destacó calidad, sabor, presentación y valor.
Las habitaciones cómodas y cumplen con todo lo necesario para una buena estadía.
Están remodelando algunas áreas del hotel, espero volver pronto para disfrutarlas.
Para mejorar que el personal que atiende en playa conozcan mejor la carta de comidas y licores.

El personal, muy amable. El buffet del desayuno, bien , aunque un poco escaso en la variedad de frutas ,( piña , sandía, papaya, poco más).
El ambiente, un poco ruidoso, para mi gusto. Te sientas , para disfrutar de la puesta de sol y ponen una música ( chunda,, chunda) a todo volumen, tapando el relajante murmullo del mar, rompiendo sobre la arena.
El hotel es acogedor aunque las instalaciones son un poco viejas. Pero para disfrutar unos días en familia esta bien.
Todo me parecio bien aunque el staff no era muy colaborador. El check-in fue muy tardado, cuando llegamos empezaron obras en la piscina y nos dieron un bungalow enfrente, teníamos que recorrer mucho para llegar al restaurante principal y la otra piscina. También la atención en el restaurante era poco amable.

no hay disponibilidad de cafe de cortesia las 24 horas, sólo a la hora del desayuno.
La comodidad de la habitación
No sé tiene algo organizado una oferta de para que las personas tomen opciones de turismo ya sea en la ciudad o en zonas cercanas, todo el tiempo deben tener servicio de café y aromáticas en la recepción

Que queda a primera linea de la playa
Nos dieron una habitacion que la vista es fea ,no habia cafe y el agua fue muy cara.
Desayuno muy completo. Buenas opciones para almorzar y cenar. Al almuerzo hay opcion de buffet que es muy buena.
Los ventiladores de la zona de la pizzeria ideal que se puedan encender, tambien por las aves que aveces incomodan.
Todo, el lugar, sus ambientes y habitaciones. El desayuno buffet muy bueno y variado.
Que no tenía cafetera en la habitación jejeje
Tienen actividades para hacer en familia, el desayuno es excepcional, el servicio de maletero fue muy bueno , las instalaciones apesar de no ser modernas están en muy buen estado , la posibilidad de quedarse en las instalaciones después de hacer el check out fue muy buena mientras esperábamos el vuelo
El aseo no fue bueno , nunca me cambiaron los vaso de vidrio , las toallas se demoraron en llegar y el baño nunca fue aseado

La comida en el restaurante no es muy bueno
La playa es perfecta, tienes a la mano todos los servicos. El hotel no es muy grande entonces se puede disfrutar mas sin tener que caminar mucho, mi habitacion era a 10 metros de la playa!!!
Mas variedad de comida saludable como ensaladas en los restaurantes de la playa. Tambien opciones para ninos como venta de paletas y helados
