If the minor does not travel in the company of his parents, it will be indispensable that the responsible adult delivers at the reception, in addition to the identification document of the minor, the permission of the parents with personal presentation before a notary public, together with the copy of the identification document of those who gave the authorization. Without this documentation, minors will not be allowed in the hotel. This is in accordance with the law.

La atención en recepción de una de las mujeres, no saludaba, contestaba súper mal, muy grosera.
Y de otro lado, fumigaron en el último día de mi estancia y no previeron el flujo de gente, me enfermé, manifesté mi situación y es la hora que no me han dado respuesta.

La habitación inicial que me dieron, tenía muy mal olor, a humedad, el precio es alto para recibirlo, me cambiaron a otra habitación temporalmente y luego a otra; el estar cambiando cuando el tiempo es tan corto no es funcional
Excelente hotel. Acceso directo a una playa muy tranquila y ordenada. Habitaciones comodas , buena comuda y buen servicio por parte del staff.
En general cumple al 100% No trendría ningín aspecto negativo a mencionar.

A estrutura era ótima, os restaurantes também. Café da manhã excelente, buffets também.
Tivemos um problema com a reserva do meu cunhado e ficamos mais de uma hora na recepção para resolver, tarde da noite, por um erro do hotel. Recepcionista não soube conduzir. Além disso, pelas fotos, achei que o quarto seria mais legal, mas por dentro era mais simples. Por fim, a praia em si onde fica o hotel não é tão linda.
