If the minor does not travel in the company of his parents, it will be indispensable that the responsible adult delivers at the reception, in addition to the identification document of the minor, the permission of the parents with personal presentation before a notary public, together with the copy of the identification document of those who gave the authorization. Without this documentation, minors will not be allowed in the hotel. This is in accordance with the law.

It is paradise
The hotel needs to improve the food.
Un hotel muy comodo. El personal muy amable y muy colaborador. Las instalaciones son comodas y amplias. Esta en primera Linea de PLaya y tiene unos restaurantes deliciosos.
La habitación olia un poco a Humedad.
Excelente lugar, instalaciones impecables. En primera línea de playa, exquisita.
Atención de todo el personal fue muy cordial, alegre, servicial.
Comida muy buena, desayuno espectacular. Restorán de pizzas formidable. Todo increíble.
Sin productos cero azúcar.
Ubicación, seguridad, playa, buen desayuno, instalaciones, proceso de check-in y check-out, servicios de transporte.

La cadena estelar se distinguía años atrás por su buen servicio pero ya no es lo mismo
El Hotel Estelar Santamar requiere de una restructuración urgente por las siguientes razones :
1. hora y media para hacer el check-in para 4 habitaciones parece que no están preparados para recibir a ocho personas al tiempo.
2- El personal poco capacitado para atender , al hacer el Check- in, nos atendieron tres personas diferentes
3- A pesar de haber reservado con booking me estaban cambiando el valor de las habitaciones, argumentando que ellos tienen tarifa dinámica como si fuera UBER y me iban a cobrar 1 millón de pesos más por las 4 habitaciones que reservé
4- Las habitaciones más caras los bungalow son las más viejas una cabañas con muebles de los años 80
no insonorizadas y sin cortinas o black-out lo que no permite dormir bien
5- El check out también fue otra historia no quisieron discriminar los valores de los consumos sin dar claridad lo que es falta de transparencia para el cliente
finalmente, recomiendo al gerente que revise lo que sucede en el Hotel

Un poco alejado del centro de la ciudad
La limpieza de la habitación y las instalaciones, la atención del personal y la comodidad de tener la playa en el mismo hotel.
Food and beverage were very good breakfast had lunch by pool bar and ate pizza for dinner. Room was big, comfortable and the service from all the staff was very good.
The hot tub was being repaired.
