If the minor does not travel in the company of his parents, it will be indispensable that the responsible adult delivers at the reception, in addition to the identification document of the minor, the permission of the parents with personal presentation before a notary public, together with the copy of the identification document of those who gave the authorization. Without this documentation, minors will not be allowed in the hotel. This is in accordance with the law.

La ubicacion, la playa y la comida
El servicio de la recepción al llegar, mis padres dos adultos mayores, al reservar pedi una habitación cerca a la playa, bungalow y sin escaleras, cuando llegaron se las querían cambiar y tuvieron disgusto para ingresar, no querian cumplir con las condiciones y habitación reservada. Por qué tienen que generar malestar a la gente sin necesidad? Dañan la experiencia del cliente!
