Important information:

Please note, Colombian residents abroad and foreign guests are tax-exempt when buying a tourist package (accommodation plus service). A Visa TP - 11 or Permiso - 5 / PTP - 5 tourist visa must be presented upon arrival.

Please note that breakfast or other meal plans are not included for children under 11 years old when using existing beds and should be paid upon check-in at the hotel.

All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.

Excelente playa, actividades para niños y familias, y muy buena atención!
Pros:

Excelentes las actividades para los niños y para las familias, el acceso fácil al mar con una playa muy bonita, la comida es de buena calidad y variedad, y muy importante la amabilidad de la mayoría de empleados, destaco a los empleados del restaurante Origen muy atentos y sobretodo destaco mucho y felicito a Martha la encargada de las actividades en las noches y con los niños, transmite una energía muy chévere, positiva, muy amable con mucho carisma y siempre con buen humor. Además, ahora para el mundial de futbol instalaron pantalla gigante cerca al mar con todos los partidos, un gran detalle!!!

Cons:

La mayoría estuvo todo bien, tal vez algunas habitaciones ya están un poquito antiguas por la edad la construcción del hotel, algunos closets y muebles, pero el hotel ya está modernizando varias zonas, ojalá sigan por ese camino, es un gran hotel y no lo pueden dejar decaer con los años, ya me he hospedado ahí 4 veces con mi familia y si uno repite varias veces es porque es un muy buen hotel.

Siempre voy al santamar, pero los precios los han subido mucho y ya no es muy opcional quedarse ahi.

Cons:

Falta mas atencion en el restaurante, pedimos un milo para el desayuno llego 1/2 horas despues .
Habia un poco de mal aseo en donde estan los kioskos.
El lavamos de la cabaña de nosotros estaba tapado.
