La atención del personal. Nos ubicaron en una habitación de la cuarta planta con vistas al mar al conocer de nuestro 50 Aniversario de Boda. El personal del Hotel, una maravilla.

Beautiful 5 star hotel with amazing sea views
Pros:

The spacious room with comfortable bed, coffee making facilities, mini bar, seating area. Dressing gown and slippers and little extras needed provided in the bathroom were a bonus. The balcony and sea views were amazing and we enjoyed watching the sunrise over the sea in the mornings. The hotel was within walking distance of the beach as well as Santander itself. The staff were very friendly and helpful as well.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike at all.

Excellent hôtel pour profiter de cette partie de Santander et pas trop loin du centre

Tout était très professionnel avec un personnel charmant. Qualité, propreté, comfort.

Sehr gutes Hotel mit tollem Blick aufs Meer
Pros:

Einwandfreies Hotel. Alles perfekt und komfortabel. Toller Blick über die Bucht. Man kann über die Uferpromenade bis in die Stadt laufen. Restaurants sind auch fussläufig erreichbar. Parkplatz kostenlos direkt vor dem Eingang. Sehr ruhig, so dass wir bei offenem Fenster schlafen konnten.

Cons:

Wer nicht gut zu Fuß ist, muss mit Auto oder Taxi in die Stadt.

amazing views , slightly dated suite in the loft

Cons:

difficult check in no ramp at the main entrance for suitcases had to wait at the side entrance as nobody was attending the loony on arrival to assist with luggage with al stairs
