We left after 2 days to what was a one week booking. Best way to describe what to expect is that you’re doing them a favour by being there. Completely uninterested in their guests.
L’esthétique extérieure et la vue
Isolation phonique interne nulle d’où de nombreux bruits dans les chambres: bruits des portes qui claquent, du ménage tôt le matin, de la machinerie d’acenceur , des bruits de pas d’un étage à l’autre
Personnel peu compétent au bar et pour certains à la réception ne parlant d’ailleurs pas anglais
Pas de piscine ni d’accès direct aux plages
Repas au restaurant de très piètre qualité et très peu de choix
La ubicación del hotel es excelente; a pie, se llega en diez minutos tanto a la playa del Sardinero como a la de la Magdalena, y el entorno es muy tranquilo.
El personal de recepción es muy amable, concretamente el encargado de atender a los clientes en la entrada para ofrecer ayuda con las maletas.
Las dimensiones del baño son especialmente amplias, sobre todo en comparación con el tamaño de la habitación; ponen a disposición algunos extras, como la plancha de vapor dentro del armario, zapatillas y albornoces, y servicio de café y té con hervidor, además de botellas de agua por cortesía que renuevan cada día.
La sala de desayuno muy bonita y confortable.
Lo mejor, la posibilidad de aparcar el coche dentro del recinto sin coste extra.
Personalmente, yo no catalogaría este hotel como un cinco estrellas Gran Lujo. Es más bien un hotel de cuatro estrellas superior, donde el encanto reside en la arquitectura del edificio y un ambiente retrospectivo que podrán disfrutar los amantes de lo clásico. Aún así, la decoración de la habitación creo que resulta demasiado rancia; el mobiliario es antiguo y está gastado y deteriorado, por lo que deberían revisar este aspecto. La bañera con mampara tampoco responde a un establecimiento de nivel superior y la ropa de cama es bastante mediocre.
El bufet de desayuno es correcto, pero para tratarse de un hotel de esta categoría, es claramente escaso en variedad.
Przepiękny, zabytkowy hotel otoczony zadbanym ogrodem. Położony w najwyższym punkcie miasta co gwarantuje niezapomniane widoki. Pokoje stylowo umeblowane, przestronne i eleganckie. Na każdym kroku czuje się historię tego miejsca... Przyjazny personel, urozmaicone śniadania z zachwycającym widokiem. Już planujemy kolejny pobyt :)

Very disappointing experience for a supposed 5-star hotel. The only real positive was the location, which was excellent and very convenient.
Unfortunately, almost everything else fell far below what I would expect from a hotel in this category. There was no gym, wellness center, or proper spa facilities, which is surprising for a 5-star property and made the hotel feel very limited in terms of amenities.
Breakfast was another disappointment. The selection was very limited, especially considering the hotel’s rating and price level. On our final day, the food was also poorly cooked, which left an especially bad final impression.
The bar service was equally frustrating. There were no proper menus for alcoholic drinks, so it was difficult to know what was available or what the prices were. Even worse, some of the waiters did not seem to know which alcohol brands the bar actually served. For a 5-star hotel, this level of service and lack of basic information is simply not acceptable.
Overall, the hotel relies heavily on its good location, but the facilities, food, and service do not come close to a true 5-star standard. Based on my experience, I would not recommend it to anyone expecting the quality and service normally associated with a luxury hotel.
