Мы провели три ночи в вашем отеле в Андорре, однако две из них были полностью испорчены из-за сильного шума ранним утром. Около 4:00 начинал громко кричать петух, и до 8:00 утра спать было невозможно. Это затронуло как меня, так и моего ребёнка.

После первой ночи мы не были уверены в причине шума. Когда ситуация повторилась во вторую ночь, я обратилась на ресепшен около 5 утра. Сотрудники сообщили, что им известна данная проблема, и предложили обсудить решение утром. Однако утром уже другой сотрудник заявил, что о проблеме ничего не известно. После моего уточнения разговор фактически был прекращён, что создаёт впечатление, что информация была скрыта.

Номер нам сменили только после второй бессонной ночи, но две из трёх ночей проживания уже были испорчены. Несмотря на то, что проблема носит постоянный характер и, как оказалось, известна персоналу, никакой компенсации предложено не было.

Считаю недопустимым размещать гостей, особенно семьи с детьми, в номерах, где заранее известно о регулярном шуме в ранние утренние часы, без предупреждения. Отель не предпринял достаточных действий для решения ситуации и отказался предложить какие-либо уступки.

К сожалению, данный опыт был крайне негативным. Мы заплатили значительную сумму за проживание, но полноценный отдых был невозможен. Не могу рекомендовать этот отель и надеюсь, что руководство обратит внимание на данную проблему и начнёт её решать.

Idéal pour visiter Andorre et les alentours
Pros:

L'hôtel est bien situé, proche du centre où l'on peut se rendre à pied en quelques minutes. Le petit déjeuner est très complet et d'excellente qualité.

Cons:

Le parking est payant, avec une grosse voiture s'est compliqué de se garer car c'est très étroit et sur plusieurs étages.
