Emplacement agrèable.
Pas de personnel à disposition.
Bâtiment très vieux et très très étroit.
La chambre au derner étage avait de l'eau chaude le soir mais pas le matin ! Les escaliers pour y accéder ne sont pas des escaliers. Plutôt une échelle améliorée.
Il faudrait le souligner un peu plus csr dire simplement que les escaliers sont étroits est loin de la réalité.

Perfect in every way!
Pros:

Such a lovely welcome from the woman in the restaurant where I got the pass key for my room. And wonderful Roy who heaved my luggage up to my room and promised to be there when I left to take it down. Also no problem keeping it for me while I finished my sightseeing before my late flight —perfect.
The room was exactly as advertised and very comfortable with lovely touches like the tea bags and kettle , hairdryer and soap/shampoo. Fabulous shower and such a comfortable and enormous bed.
The location is excellent, not far from Central station and 2 minutes from a supermarket, 10 seconds (!) from the Coffee Bean where the hotel breakfast vouchers provide coffee and 2 pastries. Lots of very close places to eat including the Calisto restaurant on the ground floor.
I will be returning to Amsterdam and will definitely be staying here again. Highly recommended

Pros:

Loved the simple but chic design, fantastic location, friendly staff, complimentary coffee/pastries at Good Beans, and the view from our room was quintessential Amsterdam!

Cons:

Shower/WC was a bit moldy but generally clean

Pros:

The staff were all very kind and eager to help. The room is beautifully decorated with retro-style posters and warm yellow lighting. My absolute favorite part, though, was that big window!

Pros:

Posizione super. Pulizia. Atmosfera magica dalla finestra .. Arredamento . Camera piccola ma perfetta per le nostre esigenze. Bagno comodo , arredamento di ottimo gusto. Letto molto molto comodo. Profumatore e dettagli apprezzati.

Great value for money in the centre.
Pros:

Very central. The room had everything needed was very quiet, it was clean; the bed was extremely comfortable; the staff was friendly and helpful. They brought up my luggage and brought it down because it was two flights up. It was a 15-minute walk from the station. Very convenient and perfect for what I need.

Cons:

Lighting in the bathroom, not ideal to put on your make-up, but hotels rarely get that right.
