Is good. AC isn’t very cold. Would be nice to have a fridge in the room. Good location on the metro.
The train station is just a few meters away, that was great. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast is nice. They have fresh bread, there are lots of options for teas, coffee, juice, and they have lots of fresh fruits, veggies, deli meats, smoked salmon, soups, eggs, bacon...the works.
Just a heads up that the front desk staff was a bit weird about me asking them to clean my room the morning of. Something very unusual for a hotel. They do have a system of requesting it the night before through a QR code. There is no house keeping if you don't request it with the purpose of being "green." I hope this was a one off experience but I had dropped and broke my makeup compact that morning and it made a mess in the bathroom. I was rushing out so I figured I'd go to the front desk and quickly request the cleaning. Both ladies at the front pestered me for the QR code request and insisted I needed to make the request through the QR code 24 hours before. I had to almost argue and explain I needed the cleaning that day. I never thought it would be that difficult to request day-of house keeping at a hotel. Mind you it was 8am and I didn't care if they came at 3pm. They finally agreed and it was done.
Aside from that, everything was great.
No fridge :(
I attended a conference at the VIC which was a stone's throw from this hotel. Comfortable, clean, not so far from the airport and perfect for business and leisure travelers. The room was fairly large and could fit in a young family easily.
This review is for ARCOTEL Donauzentrum. Had a booking with Kaiserwasser but they could not accommodate due to a technical error. They were nice enough to transfer the registration to thei other hotel.
Rooms clean. Good bed and shower. Good breakfast. Very close to Metro station. Attached to large shopping center with many food outlets. Airport bus stops right infront of hotel.
Only caution. No regularly manned chech in desk, and elevators don't need a pass key, so anyone off the street can go to the room floors unchecked.
Would stay there again.
Accessibility on public transportation
A good place to stay especially if you are working at VIC. Underground station is within 5 minutes walk. Good breakfast. The only negative is that room furniture is not comfortable: bedside table is hard to reach, some hideous corner armchair, no proper desk. Otherwise good.
Rooms were clean and comfortable.
Check in process was the slowest I have ever experienced. Waited 30mins for 4 people ahead on me while checking in and we arrived at 3pm. And that was just to look up details not explain anything about the local area or anything.
Weirc knock on the door from two guys after check in to see if we wanted anything from the minibar when we were relaxing after our trip so it was annoying and breach of privacy: if we wanted we would have told you.
Door into the room had a stuck mechanism and had to be unlocked by staff at 2am.
Clean
I have asked for an upgrade of my room, because I am a Gold Member, but they gave me the smallest room on the executive floor and empty room minibar. I complained to another clerk and have received a larger room (quite good one) and filled minibar. However, next day, the minibar has not been refilled. However, I again complained and have received a couple of free drinks. Also, I have left request to prepare my room after 11.30 am, but nothing has happen for two days. I am upset that such simple things have to be done without any complaints from myself!
Good hotel near the UN and a metro station. The breakfast was fine. The restaurant has limited options for dinner. The rooms are relatively large and comfortable. Staff is not particularly welcoming but is overall professional.

Value for money. Customer service was exceptional. Many thanks for the exceptional welcome and attentiveness . Kudos to Claudia, Vivian, Rodolfo and Alexis- all gems of the Hotel.
Great location close to transport links, but near river and greenery. Excellent breakfast buffet, rooms bright and clean, staff helpful and friendly.
Need to be technology modernised.
