Pros:

Alles, das war mit Abstand das beste Hotel in dem wir waren! Alle Mitarbeiter gehören befördert und ich hoffe so sehr das ich damit was bewirken kann!
Mostafa von der Rezeption ist ein Herzens Mensch und man merkt wie gerne er seine Arbeit macht und war immer für uns da, egal wann!
Auch die Mitarbeiter vom Restaurant und Life Guard und sogar die Gärtner waren einzigartig !!
Danke auch an Marwan für das Saubere Zimmer jedesmal!! Danke an Ali, Mohammed und alle Mitarbeiter !!! Das wird Aufjedenfall unser Stammhotel und uns wird man jedes Jahr sehen

Wir haben eine erholsame Woche im Steigenberger genossen und kommen wieder
Pros:

Wir waren schon vor Jahren in diesem Hotel. Mit Steigenberger haben wir immer gute Erfahrungen gemacht.
Die Zimmer sind gross und komfortabel. Die ganze Anlage ist perfekt und sehr gut gewartet.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Unser Zimmer im Hauptgebäude war schlecht isoliert. Man hört die Nachbarn reden

Pros:

Infrastructures grandes et très satisfaisantes. Mention spéciale pour les restaurants tamarind et tanga ali Ahmed et Ihab. Bon SPA et bon house keeping. Nourriture bonne et assez variée.

Cons:

Guest relations et la réception largement perfectibles. Autres restaurants clairement à améliorer. Quelques roues de support parasol HS. La porte du tamarind qui donne sur l'extérieur serait à automatiser pour faciliter le tout au personnel et aux clients lors du passage. La pâtisserie sans assiette au afternoon all inclusive ??

Gutes Hotel, welches mich aber nicht überzeugen konnte.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war riesig, gut ausgestattet und schön. Die Lage insgesamt des Hotels ist toll - trotz Flughafennähe war der Flugverkehr kaum zu hören.

Cons:

Die Mini-Disco war leider etwas unwürdig (Nebenplatz, obwohl die Bühne in dieser Zeit jeweils frei gewesen wäre).
Das Essen konnte uns weder in der Auswahl noch meist in der Qualität vollumfänglich überzeugen.
Viele Informationen war nur auf Umwegen erhältlich: Z.B. welches Restaurant bietet wann welches Essen an,
Die Qualität des Sandes am Strand hat mich riesig enttäuscht. Einerseits ist der Sand gefühlt 3 cm auf eine Sandstein-Schicht aufgeschüttet. Sandburgen bauen oder ähnliches war an den meisten Orten gar nicht möglich (beispielsweise bei der Liege am Schatten). Zudem war der Sand auch nicht wirklich schöner Sand, sondern mit vielen spitzigen Steinen etc.
Diverse Angebote, die angepriesen werden, entpuppen sich dann in Wahrheit nur für Erwachsene als zugänglich. Beispielsweise der Whirlpool.

Das benachbarte Hotel Aqua Magic, zu welchem ebenfalls Zugang gewährt wird, ist ebenfalls zweigespalten: Der Spielplatz ist 1:1 identisch zu jenem im Aldau Beach Resort. Danaben hat es ein Piratenschiff-Wasserpark. Für die Wasser-Rutschen muss man 1.20m sein. Ausser einige Kinder dürfen - von den Bademeistern erlaubt - auch kleiner rauf, während andere Kinder (1cm kleiner) in gleicher Situation als "zu klein" eingestuft werden.
