Bestes Hotel für eine perfekte Erholung mit tollem Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis
Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel mit toller Aussenanlage, Pool, Lazy River, etc. Schöne Zimmer mit Balkon. Es gab verschiedene sehr gute Restaurants, das Buffet war gut, könnte aber bei den Hauptspeisen noch etwas mehr bieten. Toll ist, dass man überall Wasser erhält. Die Bedienung war sehr serviceorientiert.

Cons:

Buffet Hauptspeisen sind gut, haben aber gegenüber anderen 5 Sternehotels noch ein wenig aufholbedarf. Im Zimmer konnte die Klimaanlage nicht gut reguliert werden (liegt ev. an uns) und bei der Dusche, nachdem diese für Warmwasser repariert wurde, war der Wasserdruck sehr tief.

Pros:

Great experience overall. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Our kids loved the pools, arts and crafts at the kids club and childrens disco in the evenings. A special highlight was the beach restaurant with woodfire bread and pizzas. The room was very well sized for a family.

Pros:

Le service très pro, le buffet de qualité, la piscine chauffée d’eau salée à 30 degrés idéale pour les enfants. Les repas à la carte dans un restaurant de choix une fois par semaine

Personeel zeer vriendelijk, met de receptionist die ons heeft begeleid was heel erg aardig, behulpzaam en dacht goed mee over mogelijkheden en voorzieningen, mina Ehab daar moet je naar vragen!kan goed Engels en denkt in mogelijkheden! Top service

Preis-Leistung top und eine sehr gute Wahl!
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr großzügig und gut ausgestattet. Auch das Buffet bot eine ausreichende Auswahl, zudem stehen mehrere Restaurants als attraktive Alternativen zur Verfügung. Die Tauch- und Schnorchelausflüge des ILIOS Dive Clubs waren hervorragend organisiert und sehr empfehlenswert. Besonders hervorzuheben sind der wunderschöne Strand und das glasklare Wasser.

Cons:

Am Strand waren regelmäßig externe Dienstleister unterwegs, was grundsätzlich in Ordnung ist, jedoch teilweise als etwas aufdringlich empfunden wurde. Unserem Verständnis nach gehören diese nicht direkt zum Hotel, sondern sind eingemietet. Zudem könnte der Service am Buffet aufmerksamer sein, insbesondere im Hinblick auf Kinderstühle oder fehlendes Besteck und Gedecke bei mehr als zwei Personen. Der angebotene Rotwein war geschmacklich eher wenig überzeugend, weshalb wir überwiegend auf Weißwein oder Rosé ausgewichen sind.
