accoglienza in reception confusa e nervosa, nonostante fossimo un gruppo e lo staff aveva già accoppiamenti per le camere, documenti in anticipo, e preavviso sull'arrivo in quanto avevano organizzato un transfer per noi dedicato (dietro pagamento ovviamente). sovraccarico di prezzo per il soggiorno del gruppo a causa di un apparente numero diverso di ospiti rispetto a quanto indicato in fase di prenotazione (nonostante il mio reclamo ripetuto e gentile, con la testimonianza delle prenotazioni personalmente effettuate, hanno comunque ricaricato, sbagliando e non tornando indietro. conto del mini-bar con prezzi da capitale europea. hotel recensito mediamente bene, zona ottima ma siamo lontani anni luce per meritare quelle valutazioni. struttura ed arredi vecchi, spazi comuni da rinnovare urgentemente. solo l'area bar è recente. colazione scarsa. viaggio abbastanza ma questa volta ho fatto una pessima scelta, parzialmente riscattata dall'hotel successivo.

Nun, die Fotos waren auf der Homepage waren sehr gut gemacht... 😅 war aber nicht wirklich ein Problem. Nicht so gut war, dass das Restaurant nur am Abend geöffnet wurde, somit gab es keine Optionen für ein Drink oder Kaffee usw.

La atención del personal fue amable, respetuosa y siempre dispuesta a ayudar. Las instalaciones son cómodas, limpias y acogedoras, lo que hizo mi estadía aún más agradable.
