Nos gusto mucho por el buen desayuno, localización, es bonito y buen servicio. A 7 min en carro de Provenza, acceso al Uber 24/7 y cerca de todo lo que tiene el Poblado para ofrecer.

Cons:

Mi esposo sacó cita para el baño turco (sauna) y no estaba prendido y la bañera hidromasaje no funcionaba solamente tenía el agua para refrescarse no para masaje.

A Home Away from Home
Pros:

Our very positive experience was augmented by the warm and welcoming staff. From the reception staff (Erica, Mateo and others), to the houseman Luís, to the breakfast staff, and our wonderful housekeeper Kelly, everyone went out of their way to remember our names and help us by answering our many questions and offering to serve us. I only wish I could have remembered everyone’s names to give them the thanks and recognition that they deserve.
This is a very comfortable hotel. Breakfast was good. View from our room was breathtaking. Room was very clean.

Pros:

The price-performance ratio is very low, the room facilities are poor, and the soundproofing is extremely bad. I wouldn't have chosen this place if it weren't for the fact that I was staying with the team for a competition.
