Las instalaciones están bien pero no tiene ningun servicio
Las instalaciones estan bien pero no tiene servicio alguno. El telefino no funcionaba. No hay room service. Ni bar ni forma de solicitar una simple cerveza o algo mas a las 9pm. Como le colocan cuatro estrellas sin trener ningún servicio.

Personal muy atento y la ubicación en una zona residencial y muy tranquila de El Poblado, muy útil que tenga estacionamiento en las instalaciones ya que en Medellin no es muy fácil estacionarse

Localizacion
Estuvimos el dia del temblor y las alarmas no se escuchan en los cuartos y en el pasillo el volumen es bajo. Nosotros tardamos en bajar pq nunca las escuchamos salimos por lo fuerte del terremoto pero si hubiera sido un fuego la historia podría ser devastadora. Necesitan urgente un mejor sistema de alarmas. No tienen nevera en ninguno de los cuartos, me consta pq rente 2 habitaciones.
