Sehr schöne gemütliche Suite. Einrichtung sehr geschmackvoll. Bilder geben real die Ausstattung wieder.
Es gibt nichts zu kritisieren
The breakfast was phenomenal! More food and a greater variety than I ever expected. Quality excellent. The room was large enough and comfortable. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Supermarket next to the hotel.
The hotel was a bit of a walk to the train and the directions weren't as clear as they might have been. Nothing too exciting in the immediate area to look at. But it's all only a short walk away.
Rooms are nice and comfortable. Breakfast is good, with gluten-free, lactose-free and vegan option.
It would be nice that the breakfast tags contain allergen information. The staff promptly replied to questions, but it is annoying for both parties to have to ask each time.
We're from London, where hotels are cramped, run-down and overpriced. Lots of Stockholm hotel reviews said the same, so we looked very slightly north of the very centre (10 mins on foot to the metro, then 10 mins on the tube and you're at the central station). This was perfect: a quiet neighborhood, right next to a big supermarket, and very good value, with modern amenities and a big bed. The bedroom had decent space, and I thought the shower & bathroom were very spacious for a non-deluxe room in a chain hotel; also great water pressure.
Generous hours for check-in, check-out and breakfast. Plenty of choice at breakfast, cooked and continental; highlights for me were the fresh orange juicer and the pancakes! Swedish hotel reviews also often complain about poor service, but everyone here was friendly and helpful.
The mattress was very firm, which I like, but not everyone would! Other guests' doors slamming was audible (made ours rattle in the frame a bit), but that's inevitable in any hotel, really; we heard no voices through the walls from the neighbouring rooms.
The room was pretty hot -- it was mild when we visited (15-21 Celsius), with the sun on the window all day, and there was ventilation available but not air con. Over-hot rooms is also a very common complaint about Swedish hotels in summer -- we just left the window open during the day and took the duvet out, sleeping under just the cover. With that, we could still get a decent night's sleep. A fridge in the room would have been great -- there was definitely space for one!
