Pros:

Das Personal an der Reception war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Hotel ist farbenfreundlich eingerichtet. Vielfältiges Frühstücksbuffet.

Cons:

Meine Tochter isst vegan. Sie fand es schade, dass das vegane Angebot eher versteckt war und nicht ebenso nachgeliefert wurde wie beim nicht-veganen Buffet. Dass jede Benutzerin/jeder Benutzer den veganen Aufschnitt mit den Fingern aus der Verpackung holen muss, fand sie unhygienisch. Das Angebot fand sie jedoch gut.

Wonderful stay at this cozy hotel! Friendly staff, comfortable rooms, great breakfast and conveniently located
Pros:

Quiet residential neighborhood but excellent public transportation 2mn away to all touristic sites and areas of interest. Also, 10mn walk from train station to airport

Understaffed in the evening
Pros:

We booked two rooms for 5 nights and had an issue with a blocked toilet immediately after checking in, leaving the toilet unusable. The receptionist wasn’t able to fix it and told us it would have to wait till morning as she was the only person on duty in the whole hotel. She had two rooms available but refused to move us even at 10pm as she said people might still book them.

She told us we could use the ground floor toilets or our teenagers’ room (they were on a different floor). This was clearly impractical in the middle of the night. She was rude and unsympathetic, implying it was our fault. The following morning there were more staff and they dealt with the issue swiftly and politely during breakfast.

We sent an email to the hotel manager afterwards and he apologised and offered a 50 percent refund for our room that night, however, the fact remains that if there’s an issue that needs resolving, there is only one staff member in the whole hotel in the evenings, which we find inappropriate for a hotel of this size.
