Ótimo atendimento por parte dos funcionarios, quarto super espaçoso com camas muito confortáveis, comodidades perfeitas para relaxar, banheiras de aguas termais, local perfeitamente planejado para dias de tranquilidade e sossego.
Siempre acogedor, habitaciones con vista al lago, desayuno bufé espectacular
No estaban en servicio todos los jacuzzi, entonces no habia mucha opcion de tomar turno.

Deberian cubrir la piscina para que realmente fuera climatizada, no se puede disfrutar mucho por el frio y los niños sufren mucho porque salen de un agua relativamente caliente a un intenso frio que los enferma, el hotel deberia persar mas en este aspecto porque este lugar al final no termina siendo tan agradable.

Esperaba mucho más de un hotel 5 estrellas. Las aguas termales tenían un olor bastante desagradable, similar al de una cañería, lo que hizo que la experiencia fuera poco agradable. Considero que este aspecto debería revisarse y mejorarse, especialmente tratándose de un establecimiento de esta categoría.
Comodidad y amenidades ofrecidas. Muy apto para familias y congresos.

Todo es perfecto
La comida de la tratoria fue mala. Una lasagna que tuvimos que devolver y unos fetuccinis al Alfredo que no se pudieron comer por lo salados que estaban.
Tiene unas instalaciones muy lindas, está bien ubicado, el personal muy atento y el desayuno excelente.
