Important information:

Please note, Colombian residents abroad and foreign guests are tax-exempt when buying a tourist package (accommodations plus service). A Visa TP - 11 or Permiso - 5 / PTP - 5 tourist visa must be presented upon arrival.

Pros:

Es el mejor hotel de la zona, limpio, su personal extremadamente atento y servicial. El spa es bueno, el gimnasio pequeño pero con lo esencial, la cabalgata es perfecta para inexpertos, hotel familiar con muchas posibilidades. L desayuno es espectacular

Cons:

Algunas cosas ya deben remodelarse, pero la cama, cobijas, baños están impecables. Tal vez los jacuzzis termales requieren algunos ajustes, las zonas húmedas son pequeñas para el tamaño de hotel. Debería haber más jacuzzis termales ya que en temporada alta pueden hacer falta. El sistema de reserva de actividades es bueno.
