They kept forgetting I had rebooked the room. They kept asking when I was checking out I spoke to one of the owners, and told her I was rebooking the room paid it at 7am. Then I went back to the window to ask for more toilet paper and tissues, and the husband asked if I was checking out and I told him I'd rebook the room he looked at his wife and I went back to the room as soon as it hit 11am her husband comes knocking on the door saying it was check-out time. Told him I had rebooked the room and paid already he had to call his wife on the phone & spoked in their language and then said okay .

Convenient affordable great location

My experience here was terrible. There was roaches, room was dirty. I had to go and buy clorax wipes myself to clean the surfaces. Not only it was dirty but I went and try and ask for clean towels and I waited outside for about 15 minutes and nobody was attending customers. Very bad costumer service and service over all. First and last time staying here.

No clean towels- had to ask for clean towels- and they said there was no more and they were washing some and would provide when done . Toilet was loose when sitting on it. Room floor was dirty with crumbs- no one sweeps. Just all round very disappointed, I had always stood there - but not anymore - it's getting run down

Easy check in and check out. No issues and comfortable stay.

Esta bien. solo para pasar la noche. un poco inseguro el parqueo, habian carros con personas que duermen dentro de el como indigentes.

Clean and safe

The Direct TV and Wifi went down in the middle of our stay and never came back on. i called the front desk and was told "you've already been in the room for a while" and then "yes its down and there is nothing that can be done"

Good price

Bed was not comfortable at all. The box spring was smaller than the mattress lol. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Dirty towels, ac in the other room and so room slept in didn’t get cool enough.

Nice room close to restaurants

This hotel isn’t worth even just a one night stay…rooms are disgusting the walls has dried leak from the ceiling. Bed sheets aren’t even clean found other peoples hair on it. Stain on blankets along with holes. Honestly this hotel isn’t worth 50 or even 100 bucks. Breakfast here is worse than cafeteria food. Just toast and milk?? That’s not breakfast so don’t be fooled by the “free breakfast”. The Indian woman at the desk look like she was just waking up. I absolutely do not recommend to stay here. Save yourself and drive far far away from this hotel.

My 3rd time staying here when I go to Pico Rivera. I will definitely keep the trend going.

Property was nice and clean. Staff was great. It felt safe. Room service staff was really nice and friendly and did their job very well and fast. Only downside is that the next door neighbor kept arguing really loud

The beds were advertised as queen but were full. The front desk person offered to measure them but they were definitely full. That was really the only downfall other than the pool only being opened till 6pm
