Great place to stay and enjoy El Poblado --- Away from the crazy night life seen.
Pros:

We liked the building, it has security, it was very close to two malls and the staff was very nice and welcoming.

Cons:

The workout room needs to be upgraded. No working treadmill or stairmaster and very few weights.

Great value for the money!
Pros:

Everything about the property and staff itself was amazing. Kitchen accommodations were plentiful, housekeeping, kept our rooms clean, and the location is within walking distance of 3 grocery stores, restaurants and two large malls. I couldn’t have asked for for a better place to stay for the amount paid. This property is 3 times less expensive than it’s closest competitor.

Cons:

Unfortunately, many of the apartments only have ac in the bedrooms. This means it can get a bit hot and stuffy during the day starting around 2pm until after the sun goes down. So, be sure to ask the staff if they have any extra floor fans hanging around to borrow. If not, I’d bring an extra $40 so you can buy a floor fan at the local Falabella or Jumbo.

Best apartment/hotel in Medellin!
Pros:

I love EVERYTHING about this place. The staff is so nice and welcoming. They always smile at me and wave as I walk in and the manager takes care of EVERYTHING for me. The rooms are super clean and the cleaners do an INCREDIBLE job. Also, the location is amazing.
