Amazing hotel very quiet close to pyramids

This is a super hotel. The bedroom was huge, the bed was very comfortable with nice bed linen. The air con was quiet and very efficient. The food at breakfast and dinner was excellent, with an extensive choice and the buffet was replenished regularly. All the staff were friendly and helpful. We chose this hotel because it's located next to a golf course (Dreamland Golf). The course was in good condition considering the climate and exceeded our expectations. Be aware if you are staying during Ramadan that the meal times are different to those stated on the information sheet, so check with the restaurant manager. We were caught out at dinner on our first night, although the hotel management went out of their way to make amends for this error. Also, there's nowhere nice to walk from the hotel but we realised this at the time of booking. It's very convenient for a visit to the pyramids and the new Grand Egyptian Museum. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed for 3 nights in the Swiss Inn.
We had a very pleasant stay. The staff is really friendly. The buffet offers many choices and the quality os good.
The location is pretty good. Everything worth seeing is within a 30- 40 minuten drive.
Would certainly recommend.

The experience was below expectations. From the check-in process, the luggage attendant attempted to request a tip, which was unprofessional and inappropriate.

The laundry service was acceptable, with reasonable pricing.

However, the cooperation and professionalism of the front desk staff were not satisfactory, including Donia and another staff member at the adjacent desk. At check-in, Ali and his colleague clearly informed us that the stay included breakfast. The following morning, we were asked to pay at the restaurant, despite this confirmation.

I had booked four suites, and the issue is not about the amount, but rather the lack of professionalism and the way the situation was handled, which caused unnecessary embarrassment in front of my guests. Such matters should be addressed discreetly and with greater respect for the guest experience.
