The location is excellent. The breakfast and dinner are outstanding, with fresh and high-quality food served every day.
The rooms are very clean and comfortable. I truly felt at home during my stay.

The hotel is very comfortable, food is delicious

The experience was below expectations. From the check-in process, the luggage attendant attempted to request a tip, which was unprofessional and inappropriate.

The laundry service was acceptable, with reasonable pricing.

However, the cooperation and professionalism of the front desk staff were not satisfactory, including Donia and another staff member at the adjacent desk. At check-in, Ali and his colleague clearly informed us that the stay included breakfast. The following morning, we were asked to pay at the restaurant, despite this confirmation.

I had booked four suites, and the issue is not about the amount, but rather the lack of professionalism and the way the situation was handled, which caused unnecessary embarrassment in front of my guests. Such matters should be addressed discreetly and with greater respect for the guest experience.

Location cleanless and open boufe was good. Thank you. It was good stay close to pyramids and mall of egypt. ………………………..

A very lovely hotel with excellent and attentive staff.
Lovely to have a choice of restaurants and well equipped bar.
Our room was very comfortable a good size and exceptionally clean.
Could do with softer towels and better quality shower gels etc but only a small biggie.
Would definitely recommend.
Be aware a long way from Cairo airport although we since found out you can fly into Spinx Airport and it’s only 30 minutes. 😊
