A couple holidays
Pros:

The hotel are were exceptionally nice and friendly. The food was wonderful too.

Cons:

The hotel is listed as 5 star. Unfortunately it did not match that. There was mould on the bathroom and shower tiles. Also some areas need a coat of paint. I would rate this hotel as 4 stars.

Great hotel for a comfortable stay! We were absolutely satisfied with everything. The rooms are clean, cozy, and equipped with everything you need. The staff is polite, helpful, and always ready to assist. We will definitely come back again!

Extra comfortable stay at SIP
Pros:

Wonderful stay and a nice upgrade to a Junior Suite in a quiet part of the hotel. Comfortable room with good amenities, bed, shower et al. Very attentive service from friendly and professional staff. Special thanks to GR and bar staff.

Pros:

As usual, the Swiss Inn Pyramids experience did not disappoint. A very comfortable suite with great amenities. The staff are the hotel's greatest asset from Housekeeping to F&B and Front Desk/Concierge. Special thanks to Zina Hazem in GR and Ahmed the bar manager for their attentive amazing service

Pros:

Everything is convient and effective. Compared to resorts in Europe and other places in the world, it exceeds effectiveness.

Perhaps update some of the facade as the outside structures may look a little outdated but extremely well preserved nevertheless.

Cons:

They hassle you upon check-out, every few minutes after 12:00pm they keep calling.. literally for 22 minutes of lateness they called 5 times.

My stay at the facility was incredible, relaxing and fulfilling. Thanks to the Management and staff
Pros:

I love the neatness of the facility. The green area, golf course and the swimming pool created a natural ambience that calmed my nerves after work hours. It was an incredible experience and would like to come back in future.

Cons:

I would have enjoyed the facility better if I had had my room upstairs.
