We loved the hotel! The room was fantastic and the location was amazing as we walked to the Ryman Auditorium for an evening show on Friday, then Broadway clubs.
The only problem was that we prepaid for two nights through Booking.com and because of the ice storm in Nashville and the cancellation of the Ryman show on Saturday Night, we checked out on Saturday morning to return to Lexington, KY before the storm hit. We were not given any refund.
The location is perfect for anyone coming to town for the entertainment. The valet service was excellent and the workers were all so nice. They offered to take pictures of our group.
The room is a little small. The sink right outside the bathroom didn't drain. Other than that, it was great.
We liked the layout of the room. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The toilet tank didn’t fill up properly. It took a very long time to fill, and I’m not sure it filled correctly. I do think it was a bit expensive. I think it could have been $100 less a night, honestly.
The breakfast was great, and the staff was great as well.
The room was just okay—our view was a parking garage; no fan in the bathroom; closet only had a small opening; parking is WAY too expensive. Ironically, our car wasn’t parked in the parking garage we had to look at, it was parked up and across the street, so it took awhile to get the car, and while the parking attendants were great, we’d wait quite awhile for someone to show up to help us.
