This is a lovely hotel in great part of town. The best part be far is the staff. Anna checked us in and is delightful and beyond helpful. What a great welcome. Jacob is the manager on duty and he goes above and beyond to make sure his guests are happy. Our sons challenged him to a game of pop a shot and he gracious obliged. They loved it.

The location
The breakfast wasn’t the best.
Terrika was so busy at the Frankie Rose coffee shop but worked super hard without getting overwhelmed. She remained calm and kind during the entire expirence with all the coustomers she engaged with.
The stay was great. Rooms where very clean. The staff was excellent. They were very friendly and informative. I had left a bag behind that had souvenirs in it on sidewalk. When we called to see if it was still there Anna went out and checked and found it and put it up so we could turn around and come back to get it.
We had such a wonderful stay at the hotel this weekend, and a huge part of that experience was thanks to Anna and Jacob. From the moment I arrived, they were incredibly welcoming, fun, and genuinely kind. They both went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of.
Anna brought such a warm and positive energy—she was attentive, friendly, and made every interaction feel personal. Jacob was just as fantastic: helpful, upbeat, and always ready to help us with a solution or suggestion. Both were incredible.
It’s rare to come across staff who care this much about their guests, and Anna and Jacob went above and beyond. Their kindness and professionalism made a great trip even better. I’m very grateful for their help and hope the hotel knows how lucky they are to have them!
The cold-brew coffee was fresh and tasty, as was the cinnamon muffin!
Terrika and Lauren were the sweetest and I’m so grateful for their hospitality with my last minute requests! And the coffee was incredible!! Cheers guys!
