The location was great. The reception was open 24 hours as we arrived after midnight. The staff helpful with information and queries. Breakfast was a full buffet. Never had a wait for the lift as there were two of them. A potential problem was quickly resolved.

Fantastic location , attentive staff nothing too much trouble. Super clean. We had a couple of issues during our stay , we prefer a softer bed and after our first night although the mattresses are very high quality we found them too firm for us ( personal preference). We asked if a mattress topper was available and it was promptly delivered and fitted within 30 minutes ! We also had a small leak in the bathroom which suddenly occurred half way through our stay and it was sorted immediately! Service 10/10. Tea/ coffee milk and water replenished daily and the cleaning lady was superb!! We also found that even though you are minutes walk from Republic street the road was very quiet , we were on the 5th floor and found the hotel in quiet and well sound proofed.
