Pros:

Personel cudowny na wysokim poziomie. Należy im się zdecydowanie podwyżka i częste premie za ich cudowną pracę i wsparcie dla gości 👍Hotel, pokoje dostosowane - również pod dzieci. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni i na pewno wrócimy.

Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt und das Personal äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und die Auswahl war auch gut.

Great little hotel in a picturesque square and fantastic roof top bar
Pros:

10 of us stayed in 5 rooms. Location was great, not far to walk into town for restaurants and bars, the river and castle -or to the tram stops. Our room was lovely, very spacious, with a large bathroom and all very clean. Daily cleaning service with fresh towels everyday.Breakfast was good with a selection of hot and cold choices, teas, coffee and juices. Fantastic roof top bar too, cocktails were delicious. The staff in the restaurant and bar worked extremely hard, especially the lady at breakfast. Good communication with reception via booking.com and they arranged our taxis to and from the airport

Cons:

Only downside is we all found the bedrooms too hot and the air conditioning wasn’t cooling the rooms, just making them hotter! We had to open the window to cool the room, then it got too cold in the middle of the night. The restaurant was excellent, we ate there on our 1st night and despite having pre booked with reception several months ago and also confirmed nearer the time-the restaurant were unaware of our booking! Luckily they were able to accommodate all 10 of us. We would have eaten there again, but the menu was the same everyday and there wasn’t a lunch menu either, could have served sandwiches or light bites at the sky bar during the daytime.

Pros:

The location, staff and room size were excellent. When we complained about the temperature of the rooms, the lovely receptionist moved us with a smile.

Cons:

The rooms were far too hot and couldn't be adjusted. We couldn't open the window due to traffic noise outside. Not enough pillows.

Great hotel in a lovely area!
Pros:

Stayed here for 3 nights, we loved the charm of the hotel. Great location, lovely quiet spacious rooms, great shower, comfy beds. Great outdoor dining area and an exceptional roof top bar! Staff we met were pleasant and helpful. Would highly recommend if visiting Krakow!

tutto magico!
Pros:

la posizione è eccellente, nel centro del quartiere ebraico, dove si respira un'aria magica. La cura con la quale questo antico palazzo è stato ristrutturato è unica, l'abbinamento tra moderno e antico ineguagliabile. Tutto perfetto, di livello veramente ottimo, almeno per i nostri gusti!

Pobyt udany ale nie bez wad.
Pros:

Piękna lokalizacja, symatyczny personel. Pokoje duże i ładne. Największe wrażenie zrobił sky bar.

Cons:

Wyjątkowo miękkie, zapadające sìę łóżka. Śniadanie jak na tą klasę hotelu dóść ubogie, szczególnie że cena za nie jest wysoka. Największy minus za brak ciepłej wody z rana.
