Pros:

Lovel staff very pleasant.

Cons:

The staff lacked a bit of the basic training.

Like if you have tea you need milk.
If you have a boiled egg you need a small spoon.
I think it's more cultural integration and local culture knowledge.

Perfect place to stay while exploring Malta
Pros:

Perfect place! Friendly personnel, good location, tidy and spacious rooms, great breakfast. Hotel is located on a quiet street, but at the same time it is close to everything. It is a very good choice for exploring Malta - close to Valetta, St. Julian and Sliema

Absolutely fantastic and truly outstanding staff!
Pros:

The breakfast was really great, the selection was amazing, and the staff were absolutely fantastic! It was a bit noisy at first, but they solved it by letting us sit in the restaurant right next door, which was perfect.

It was a great short break and the staff are great and helpful.
Pros:

Room was well equipped we did not take breakfast as the location is full of cafe bars and restaurants were your choice is larger. The pool was very clean.

Szczerze polecam! Hotel fantastyczny,personel bardzo miły i pomocny. Pokoje przytulne,komfortowe i naprawdę bardzo ładnie urządzone. Personel sprzątający naprawdę na medal.
Basen na dachu i widok naprawdę dech zapiera. Kolejna wizyta na Malcie to napewno w tym hotelu.

Lieliska viesnīca ar laipnu un izpalīdzīgu personālu, kas pieejams, šķiet, visu diennakti (nakts vidū gan nemēģināju). Perfektas, brokastis ar plašu izvēli. Lielas un ērtas gultas, kā arī plaša viesnīcas istaba ar ietilpīgu skapi. Laba atrašanās vieta, ērti nokļūt gan uz lidostu, gan pie visa veida transporta.

Cons:

Ceļojums bija februāra sākumā, tāpēc jumta terase, bija atvērta, bet tajā nebija iespējas pasēdēt, baudot saulrietu, rooftop kafejnīca/bārs nestrādāja. (Bija pieejamas vairāki restorāni, kas atrodas telpās gan augšstāvā, gan pirmajā stāvā.) Ticu, ka sezonas laikā rooftop ir debešķīga vieta un šīs viesnīcas bonuss, tāpēc vienkārši mazliet žēl, ka neizdevās to izmēģināt.

The staff is very kind and helpful. The hotel has a good location

Cons:

Old facilities with lots of broken and not working elements. A whole pool and bar that are part pf the core 5 star offering were closed. Also the jacuzzi isn’t working as well and that was an important requirement for us. Our room had very strong old socks odour. We had to keep the windows open at all times, which brought additional noise and discomfort to our situation. The breakfast is so expensive €19/per person day and wasn’t impressive at all with all greens not being fresh
