Great location, beautiful surroundings. Some staff great, others not so good.
Pros:

Lovely location with views over golf course, and walks available from the door. About a 20 minute walk into nearest town (well worth a visit). Room standard as expected. Some of the staff were really great. Spa/swimming pool on site, sadly didnt get a chance to use

Cons:

On arrival room wasnt ready, and on arrival it was freezing and smelt of damp. Hotel moved us once we informed them, and that room was warm and clean. Some of the staff were less friendly than others.

Great team who looked after us
Pros:

The team were excellent, from the friendly receptionist who we met as we arrived to the bar staff ( especially a young man called Josh)

Great location, could have been better
Pros:

Great staff, very helpful. Good location, very clean!

Cons:

Our room didn’t have enough towels, they did bring an extra one upon request. No bathrobes and no fridge, the shower gel was also running very low.

Fair, but the fact that I had to go to the bar or reception and ask them to get my stuff from bar
Pros:

Although at the time of booking I had paid the premium price, I was given a standard room that was applicable to people who used a discount code.

Cons:

Was told some facilities such as a fridge in the room only applied to premium rooms (I am diabetic and have to keep my insulin and medication in the fridge).

Lovely hotel set within golf club location
Pros:

Beautiful location set within a golf club. Excellent clean and comfortable rooms. Enjoyed the evening dinner and wine and a lovely breakfast. Staff were efficient and friendly.

Nice and relaxed
Pros:

Breakfast was very tasty. Bar area was a nice chilled atmosphere

Cons:

Service at breakfast was a little slow had to find a server to take order, this has never been the case before on previous stays. So hopefully it was just 1 off
