Absolutely wonderful holiday experience.
Pros:

The staff were so lovely and happy to help with anything, the food and service at the restaurants in the hotel was impeccable. Food was great value for money, big portions and beautiful presentations. Our room was kept sparkling clean.

Lovey beach location, friendly staff, comfy room and beds, food in need of improvement
Pros:

The hotel was clean, well decorated and inviting. The staff were very friendly. The beds were comfy and the room was spacious. Location by the beach was lovely and it was easy to explore other areas. Easy to accommodate a baby. Parking onsite was great.

Cons:

The food was all quite oily and the available breakfast was minimal for a vegan diet. The heating was overbearing and controlled centrally by the hotel - the room was boiling a lot of the time. Some of the room equipment was not plugged in, a little random. The shower temperature was sporadic but the bathroom was roomy and clean.

Best hotel I have stayed in for a long time
Pros:

Decor fresh, bright and very tasteful. Breakfast very good choice , excellent service nothing too much trouble. Dinner high class selection. Parking close , beach close making the holiday very relaxing.
Lift was very quick.
Room was really comfortable. Radiators were on. Fire in lounge really appreciated.

Pool was really clean, warm and facilities for changing very clean and good instructions for shower. Plastic bag for wet swimsuit. Sauna clean and safe with timer available.
Room service was exceptional. All staff friendly , full of smiles, and genuinely interested in guests.
i used the beach outside the hotel all the time and not sure if that is called central beach.

Cons:

It would be good to have more changing rooms for swimming as there is only one and in busy times it is not possible to cater for everyone.

Comfy room but needed finishing touches, eg. No wardrobe doors.
Pros:

Breakfast good. Food was lovely breakfast+evening meal, however service on our final evening wasn't good which was a real shame.

Cons:

I think the hotel should have some form of evening entertainment, as apart from a pub about 10mins away there isn't anything. If the weather is bad as it unfortunately was during our stay there was nothing to do. Also there are no local shops so it would be good if newspapers offered during stay. Also had to ask reception for non slip bathmat, should be in room as standard.
