Pros:

Fabulous weekend from start to finish!!
Pros:

What a gorgeous weekend at the beaches. The staff were amazing and so friendly, and the massage at the spa was by far the best I have ever had. The hotel is in such an incredible location and I would highly recommend it for an event or special occasion. I can’t wait to come back again soon!

Fantastic weekend!
Pros:

Had the best weekend! We got really lucky with the weather as well. The food is absolutely amazing, compliments to the chef! The spas was lovely and i had the best full body massage i think ive actually ever had. The staff were warm and welcoming and couldn’t do enough for all of us. Cant wait to visit again!

I’ll be back!
Pros:

Had a fantastic time at Beaches Hotel. I attended for a friends birthday celebration in the function room. Check in was quick and easy, the lift was readily available, the room was spotless with comfortable beds, fresh bedding and wonderful views. The celebration was great, the staff couldn’t have done more to help. And the food! The food was exceptional, I had lunch, breakfast and buffet food provided for the celebration. It was tasty and there was lots of it. The breakfast was freshly cooked and I would recommend the eggs Benedict. The pool was warm and clean. I can’t fault it. Thank you for an amazing stay, I’ll definitely be returning.

Great, affordable hotel and function location
Pros:

Attended for a birthday function and stayed overnight with other guests to make the most of the facilities and time spent. Had a lovely time, great location, good facilities (spa, bar, rooms, outdoor seating, function rooms were all modern, clean and spacious). The building has a nice charm to it with great views of the beach and sea, the rooms were modern and well equipped. The food was great (especially the chips!), and the both staff and bar staff were friendly and nice. Would definitely visit again for a weekend overnight stay, or for another function.

A fabulous location for a great stay in Prestatyn with a brilliant beach :)
Pros:

The Beaches was a great hotel for us. As we were staying for a few days we could choose which room we wanted (all had a sea view), so that was nice! Our room was really nice, plenty of hanging space, though some drawers would have been nice. There was quite a bit of seating around the hotel (one near us that we used during a couple of days with even better sea views) and spaces in the foyer were very welcoming and stylish. The pool was really nice though there could have done with being a few more instructions for the sauna, but we worked it out! Amazing location and we walked on the beach every day. The main town centre was only 20 minutes away and had lots of nice restaurants, walking routes and a mix of high street and independent shops.

Cons:

The breakfast was great, but because it wasn't a buffet you could only have fixed items i.e. a cooked breakfast but then you couldn't have a croissant or yogurt as they were listed within the continental breakfast. There was cereal and fruit and toast as standard, but I would/did feel a bit diddled on the day I had eggs benedict because it was a fairly small portion and I couldn't then have anything else....so we had lots of cooked breakfasts!!!!

The restaurant on site was great, but really quite expensive for what you got - though it was a good choice for our first night, but we walked in to town (about 20 minutes) each night after that.

It was a shame that only the back of the hotel is painted yellow!! It would look so much better if the whole lot was painted yellow and the festoon lights could run all the way around :)

Pros:
