Great weekend
Pros:

We liked the location, the room, the food, the staff and the bar area. We have stayed here before many times.

Cons:

We wish the prices were not as expensive and we would come more often. Especially a small double. Maybe more offers or late booking discounts

Great location with added spa
Pros:

Great location, on the doorstep to the beach, good food (dinner and breakfast) and comfortable bed. Nice pool and sauna and I enjoyed late checkout. Aurora visited March 2026

Great location spa facilities could do with an upgrade
Pros:

Have visited here before and loved it. The rooms are nice and comfortable, staff always friendly and in a great location too. Food was great although breakfast could be better 😋

Cons:

We only got a partial sea view, it does state this when booking so can't complain. Spa facilities are a little lacking and the jacuzzi was cold.

Loved having easy access to the pool with 3 children. ❤️
Pros:

We loved the swimming pool, the food and the location was great . The rooms were very comfortable and clean.

Cons:

We had to wait for about an hour to check in to our rooms, despite arriving around the check in time.
Staff told me that the cleaning was the reason.
I know the cleaning staff were doing their best getting rooms ready and they did a great job.
It was frustrating as I had 3 children, we were tired after long drive and we had to wait with all our luggage. Some compensation/acknowledgement for that would have helped.

Perfect stay
Pros:

Tge location was perfect. Everything was very clean and the staff were very friendly. This is a happy hotel. The food in the restaurant and also breakfast was very good.

We took our granddaughter for her birthday and we had a lovely time she absolutely loved the pool

Our stay at the hotel was very comfortable and enjoyable with friendly helpful staff.
Pros:

Check in at reception was very friendly. Great breakfast with plenty of choice. Stayed in the hotel for our evening meals, the food was very nice with big helpings. The evening staff in the bar were very friendly. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. Nice big car park and the hotel was right next to the promenade and beach.

Our bathroom wasn't cleaned every day.

Our go-to place to reset!
Pros:

If you love the beach, great breakfast (the breakfast staff are so lovely!) and a relaxing bar with friendly staff, you can’t go wrong with this place! I’ve stayed here with my daughter, my best friend and my other half on many occasions and it never lets us down. The superior sea view rooms are beautiful and the view is something else.

Cons:

The pool could be warmer, but I’m not complaining, we love it here.

Very friendly staff, looked after us well
Pros:

room had some good views down the coast, the staff were friendly however there were some complications on the dinner where the bill wasnt put down as paid and had to prove through the banking apps that we had paid on check out. other than that the staff were very friendly and great with our little one. overall great staff

toilet didnt flush so well but we had 2 in the room so used the other one

An excellent stay!
Smart, modern, clean, comfortable, delicious food, lovely staff.
Ideal location for a walk into Prestatyn town or along the prom.
