The room was perfect clean comfortable and large, the staff are so friendly and helpful. The food is amazing. Would definitely recommend.

Cons:

Not really any negative comments only need more comfort seating near bar area indoors when relaxing.

It's serviceable and staff helpful but definitely overpriced
Pros:

The patio diner and menu were really good. Nice food and great service. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

It's definitely overpriced and having it right next to an abandoned and miserable old Pontins was not nice. It's impossible to ignore. The breakfast was really poor tbh. The meat smelt a little iffy and the fruit was hard as rock. Total contrast to the dinner menu in the main bistro.

Nice hotel but room small. Pricey in comparison to better hotels we have stayed at.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent with a wide choice.
Dinner menu was somewhat limited but was extemely well prepared. the chef is worthy of high praise for
his/her skills.
All the staff were exteremely efficient and pleasant, nothing was too much trouble.

Cons:

Room cleaning was not up to par. Dust on surfaces and the bathroom got a quick wipe over. Improvement needed.

Short Break
Pros:

Location was brilliant and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The only thing we did not like was the amount of cobwebs in our room apart from that the room was good.

Pros:

I personally thought the cost was a bit much just for 1 night, with all other costs at the hotel I spent a small fortune just for a over night stay

Food is amazing
Pros:

I never write a review but felt the need to as I think chefs and kitchen staff need recognition. We haven’t personally stayed here.
We have a caravan round the corner but for the last four weeks we have come and eaten every Sunday and it’s been lovely all the time.
The chefs at this hotel need praising for the continuous good food.
Have recommended to lots of people.

apart from the room we had a good stay
Pros:

bed comfy and clean food great

Cons:

the room we had was very basic there was no proper size drawers to store things no wardrobe with shelves just a rail in the alcove the tv was attached to the wall and was stuck out in the room a lot I banged my head twice we have stayed her a lot over the years but this was the worse room we have ever had

Cons:

Keine Klimaanlage in den Zimmern. Jedoch war es außergewöhnlich warm, weshalb diese im Normalfall eventuell nicht notwendig sind

Gorgeous hotel and location. Would definitely recommend
Pros:

Great location, friendly helpful staff on the front desk. Lovely see view and relaxing. Great facilities lovely relaxing few days.

Cons:

Bit slow service on food, breakfast and dinner. Someone was sick by the pool and the parent washed it off with shower and didn’t tell the staff. So not an issue with hotel but put us off going back in the pool
