Gran hospedaje en el corazón de Guanajuato
Pros:

La ubicación y que tiene estacionamiento. Las instalaciones son un poco viejas pero bueno, así es todo Guanajuato.

Cons:

De la regadera a veces salía un mal olor, pero se quita cuando uno deja correr el agua por poco tiempo. Nada grave.

It was located in the city center, making it easy to access various places.

Cons:

Only a limited number of people could use the elevator, so we had to carry our luggage up to the second floor ourselves. Breakfast wasn't served until 8am, so we couldn't get any food or drink after our early morning walk.

Bonio hotel de estilo rústico en una inmejorable ubicación.
Pros:

La ubicación y la atención del personal fueron excelentes. El parking es muy conveniente si llegas en coche y nos ofrecieron cortesías en el bar del hotel.

Cons:

En las noches del fin de semana, las ventanas de la habitación deben permanecer cerradas porque la gente puede ser un poco ruidosa en la calle, pero la habitación cuenta con aire acondicionado.

El sofá cama es bastante duro y puede resultar incómodo para descansar aún y en el caso de los niños.

Oportunidad de mejora
Pros:

La arquitectura y decoración es hermosa. Se siente como una casona del virreinato. Y la ubicación excelente, en el centro, cerca de todo para llegar caminando.

Cons:

Que no hay elevador, por cuestiones de salud o tercera edad. El colchón de mi habitación ya estaba vencido de las orillas, sobre todo porque es donde se sienta uno. Y el agua de la regadera sale también aire y hacia frío. Se escucha mucho ruido exterior dentro de la habitación pero como está uno cansado de caminar pues igual nos dormimos. Todo ésto pueden verlo como una oportunidad de mejorar. Gracias

FALTA DE ESTACIONAMIENTO

Cons:

Pone que el estacionamiento es privado. Cuando llegué estaba todo lleno, me dijeron que lo iban a llevar a un estacionamiento público y que ellos se iban a hacer cargo del pago del estacionamiento, después vi mi coche estacionado en la calle y ahí estuvo toda la noche hasta el siguiente día

esta en una zona muy bonita y con varios lujares atractivos muy serca y contar con estacionamiento es muy bueno ya que es complicado ese tema

pues le hubicacion es privilegiada y la habitacion que me toco muy amplia y con balcon bonita vista asi lujares de interes el hotel conservando su forma antigua es muy bonito
