Bardzo uprzejma i pomocna obsługa, doceniam, fajna lokalizacja, cena do przyjęcia.

Cons:

Zaduch i wilgoć w pokoju, odłażąca farba płatami z sufitu w łazience, bardzo średnie śniadanie (niewielki wybór produktów, produkty typu jajecznica, pasta jajeczna, twaróg itd. kompletnie niedoprawione).

Pros:

Ein sehr nettes Hotel in einem Wohnbezirk. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, die Zimmer sehr sauber. Nicht mehr nagelneu, aber durchaus gut gepflegt. Man kann gut dort wohnen zum fairen Preis. Die Busverbindung unter der Woche ist sehr gut, an den Wochenenden wartet man maximal eine halbe Stunde.
Recht nahe ist ein Naherholungsgebiet, welcher sehr nett ist. Ein Kinderspielplatz ist gleich vis a vis vom Hotel.
Den Parkplatz habe ich nicht gebucht und konnte in der unmittelbaren Nähe genug Parkplätze finden.
Frühstück ist sehr gut und alles Wichtige vorhanden. Einzig Speck hätte ich mir noch gewünscht, aber dafür gab es viel Obst und auch alles Andere war durchaus ansprechend. Kleiner Minuspunkt war die Hellhörigkeit...es war teilweise echt laut, aber das kommt natürlich auf die Hotelgäste an, die gerade dort sind.
Sehr zu erwähnen ist, dass versehentlich ein Betrag in Rechnung gestellt wurde, der bereits beglichen war. Aber die Hotelangestellten haben ihren Fehler umgehend behoben und waren sehr bemüht. Das Geld wurde sofort zurück überwiesen.

Also gutes Mittelklassehotel zu fairem Preis. Gerne wieder.

Hotel położony w bardzo urokliwej części Krakowa , w enklawie zieleni, zaròwno wspaniala bazą wypadową choćby na Wawel i starówkę, jak i dobre miejsce do dalszej trasy po noclegu. Pokój czysty i pachnący, w pokoju tv, dostępny internet. Bardzo dobre śniadanko, bardzo sympatyczny personel. Przed hotelem stoliki i krzesła, czysto, domowo.

Nie mam żadnych zastrzeżeń.

Cons:

Hotel z ⭐⭐⭐ gwiazdami? Najwyżej 1/2⭐.
Po przybyciu wrażenie dobre, duży parking , recepcja miła. Dostaliśmy klucz do pokoju 2 piętro, ale to nie przeszkadzało. Wchodzimy do pokoju i pierwsze to nieprzyjemny smrodek kanalizacji. Przedpokój długi, wąski, ubikacja 1,5m X1,5m (klaustrofobiczne) bez wieszaka na ręczniki z mikro śmietnikiem. Dalej zaskoczenie sauna😱ale nie działa, po zejściu do recepcji i pytaniu o nią, recepcjonista stwierdził że faktycznie nie działa jest popsuta "ale możemy sobie w niej posiedzieć" 🤨. Dalej w korytarzu wnęka z dwoma prysznicami ( za drzwi robi osłona prysznicowa) bez jakichkolwiek wieszakow na ręczniki. No i za drzwiami pokój z oknem😉( na szczęście było w miarę ciepło to się wietrzłoi, żeby nie waliło kanalizacją). Z urządzeń elektrycznych jest telewizor z 5kanalami TV ( w tym dwa obcojęzyczne, niemiecki i ukraiński- oczywiście nic do tego nie mam). Brak czajnika, suszarki w pokoju ( w ofercie jest ujęte że jest suszarka w regulaminie wyczytałem że jest w recepcji 😂😭). Śniadania codziennie takie same, ale obfite i normalne. Bez szału. Parking płatny za dobę 30zł😱.
Czy wrociłbym jeszcze raz? Po remoncie dla lokalizacji tak. Teraz nie. Nie polecam.

Pobyt był udany
Pros:

Hotel czysty, cichy i położony w spokojnej okolicy. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna. Jednym małym minusem było dla mnie śniadanie - było zbyt skromne, brakowało mi czegoś słodkiego do herbatki, np. ciasta.
Poza tym pobyt oceniam bardzo pozytywnie.
