Pros:

Reception staff were fairly responsive. The breakfast was okay, with a moderate selection.

Cons:

The room wasn't warm enough and although staff did provide three blankets upon request these were all so thin they didn't have much of an impact. Also, the only power socket in the room was about 210 cm high!

Pokój ładnie urządzony, tak jak na zdjęciu, w Jasnych i Radosnych kolorach. Smaczne śniadania. Dobre połączenie komunikacyjne ze starym miastem. Więcej hoteli w Krakowie powinno mieć taki stosunek jakości do ceny jak ten hotel.

Hotel godny polecenia. Chętnie skorzystam ponownie będąc w Krakowie
Pros:

Lokalizacja, śniadanie gotowe już o 6:30 dzięki czemu przed wyjazdem jeszcze mogliśmy zjeść posiłek

Pros:

Bardzo mili i pomocni Państwo w recepcji.Wszystkie pokoje były czyste i komfortowe.Mimo chłodnej nocy, w pokojach było ciepło.
Smaczne śniadanie oraz bardzo dobra kawa.
Podczas śniadania niczego nam nie brakowało, ponieważ Panie obsługujące salę na bieżąco wszystko uzupełniały .
Na pewno wrócę do tego hotelu🙂
