Pros:

The hotel’s location was excellent, very central, yet the rooms were surprisingly quiet, so there was no noise from outside at all. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and always available. They answered all of our questions within seconds and provided the most satisfying solutions every time.

The parking area was also very convenient, only about a 5-minute walk away. I would especially like to mention Jaroslav and Bilguun (Bigi), who truly made our stay even better with their kindness and helpfulness. I’d also like to thank the woman in the breakfast room, although unfortunately I didn’t catch her name.

As a lovely final touch, they even gave us a small piece of cake when we were leaving, which was such a thoughtful gesture. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends!

Pros:

Krasne, tiche a zelene prostredie blizko Karlova mosta, ocarujuca mala rieka a mostiky v okoli, utulny park za rohom. Velmi ustretovy a priatelsky personal. Vyborne ranajky, ktory si viete dat aj na malej peknej terase rovno nad riekou. Izba bola pohodlna a priestranna, s krasnym vyhladom na Karlov most. Boli sme v tomto hoteli uz druhy krat (prvy krat este pred 15 rokmi a hotel vtedy este nebol sucastou Pytloun skupiny), ale tak isto sme mali velmi pozitivne skusenosti.

Cons:

Wi-Fi signal cely cas vypadaval, po nahlaseni problemu na recepcii nam poskytli pristup k inej sieti, ale aj tam problem pretrval...

Eine sehr gute Adresse im schönen Prag - wir kommen wieder!
Pros:

Ein schönes Hotel in bester Lage, gut eingerichtet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist vielseitig, frisch und lecker!

Cons:

Die Rezeption ist nicht rund um die Uhr besetzt.
Telefonisch war mein Problem dennoch zu lösen.

Buen hotel en una increíble ubicación
Pros:

Muy buen desayuno, camas cómodas y habitación con buen tamaño

Cons:

El baño ppdria haber sido mejor remodelado. Era un poco antiguo. Algunos días leve olor a desagüe en el acceso principal.
No habia aire acondicionado en la habitación.

Great location, but underwhelming facilities.
Pros:

The location is impeccable for a tourist visit. Breakfast selection was comprehensive and the service excellent.
Having access to parking, albeit at a sister hotel about 400 metres away, was great, as secure parking within Prague is scarce.
Our room was roomy enough to have our luggage easily accessed without impeding movement.

Cons:

The WiFi was virtually non-existent. Our room was at the end of the corridor, which may have had something to do with it.
The hotel reception was the smallest I've ever seen, and blocks access to the corridor with anyone checking in/out.
The hot water to the shower ran hot and cold intermittently, making a shower pot-luck as to whether you'd be cold by the end of it or not. Again, our room was at the end of the corridor, which may have had something to do with it.
The majority of rooms have no view.
Overall, the hotel didn't live up to what we had been expecting.
