Great location but hotel facilites are very poor.
Pros:

Location was perfect. Close to Karl bridge. Center.

Cons:

Room was really terrible and old style like from communist days. No air condition in summer when was 35 degrees. When I complain they upgraded me to higher class room. This was better but still no air condition so in summer its super hot there. Parking far away from location with added drive of around 15 min and walking back to hotel around 5 min.

Improve the late check in please because you never know guest have very delayed flights.
Pros:

All of the room we stayed for the night is perfect 🫶🏻.
The location is amazing, we are thinking of booking again. Thank you for the very lovely facilities.

None. The property is absolutely amazing 💯.
And please your late check in, i thought we will sleep outside the hotel BECAUSE NO ONE OPEN THE MAIN DOOR! luckily there 2 guest who came from their dinner out and let us in. Then we got the keys and they were not program we went down 3x to try log in and check in the monitor in the reception bug it is not working it was flickering/ glitching so i dont know how we pay or what! It is my husbands birthday and i was embarrassed. The thing we are not liking is the staff saying 2 bottles of water was taken but we only drank 1 bottle of orange juice for mg husband’s medicine and 1 bottle of water for me. I bought the 1 juice and 1 water down to the reception to pay.

이 호텔은 위치가 까를교 근처여서 관광지와 접근하기 좋으면서도 조용한 위치에 있습니다. 아침식사도 그럭저럭 괜찮습니다.
호텔은 청결합니다. 직원들이 아주 친절합니다, 특히 리셉션에 계신 BIGI씨가 많은 도움을 주었습니다,

Cons:

점차 유럽이 더위에 시달리고 있습니다. 유럽 호텔객실에 에어컨이 없는 곳이 많은데 이곳도 에어컨이 없습니다. 보통 때면 문제가 없겠지만, 30도 이상되는 고온이 지속되면 에어컨이 없으면 잠자기가 곤란합니다.

Die Stadt war sehr schön, das Hotel nicht.

Das einzige positive war die Lage des Hotels.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war zur Südseite. Ohne Rolladen oder Klimaanlage. Nur ein einfaches Rolle. Entspannung Nachmittags oder Abends war nicht möglich bei der Hitze, da den ganzen Nachmittag die Sonne in das Zimmer schien.
Beim Frühstück war das Brot oder die Brötschen hart, etwa wie aufgebacken. Weis nicht ob das so gehört, aber für mich war das alles zu hart.

Wir hatten einen sehr gelungenen Aufenthalt in Prag und im Pytloun Kampa, diesem schönen alten Haus
Pros:

Die Lage vom Hotel ist wunderschön, man erreicht alles gut zu Fuß. Das Frühstücksbüffet war sehr gut, ausreichend vorhanden. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und das Personal auffallend aufmerksam und sehr freundlich

Cons:

Das Badezimmer im Zimmer 301 müsste einmal renoviert werden. Dusche erneuert, ist schon veraltet, das Waschbecken hat einen Sprung. Wir hatten auch sehr viele Mücken im Zimmer, das heißt Fliegengitter wären im Sommer ideal.

Lokacija odlicna,osoblje jako ugodno,hrana odlicna,uredno

Cons:

Klime nema,i nije se dalo spavati ni disati jer je vanka bilo preko 33 stupnja. Isto tako nedostaju komarice na prozorima pa je soba bila puna komaraca. Ali najveci problem je klimatizacija jer je naprosto neshvatljivo da u 21.stoljecu na temperature preko 33 stupnja hotel nema klimu

Bohužel na pokoji nebyla klimatizace.
