A nice place for a quick overnight between flights - we flew into Lima late and were flying to Cusco the following day. Getting transportation to and from the hotel was very easy - it is not within walking distance to the airport (the Wyndham Grand is, though). They offered breakfast from 4am-10am which was nice. The room was clean and quiet and the staff were great! The surrounding area is not the best, but the hotel itself was very safe.
Barroom disgusting. Even if I am a gold member they made me wait in the lobby until 2 pm. The room was ready it was just policy. So I felt my gold status didn’t mean anything. They also told me they couldn’t upgrade because the hotel was full but I was still able to book on their websites. The hotel is not 7 minutes away from the airport but more 30 minutes. Be careful since they are 3 hotel with the same name around the airport.

The staff was fine and the hotel fine but it was VERY confusing and deceitful having 2 hotels named essentially the same thing where one was a 2 min walk from the airport and the other a traffic filled 40 min drive to the other side or “old” airport. Wyndham needs to change the name of one to be more clear to customers
Room and bed comfortable. Staff great. Gave it 4 stars due to about 2:30am I heard someone scan a room key to my door, the door opened, thankfully I had the clasp lock in position so it did not open. They pulled the door shut when they realized the clasp was in place. Not sure if the room was double booked or if the key card works on every room. Definitely glad I secured the door when I went to bed. Otherwise a good stay.
Airport shuttle good, only thing is that we get breakfast early around 5AM and they didn't had a lot of items available at that time.

It is very deceiving that it says it is right next to the airport. It is right next to the OLD airport that is now shut down. Staff was great, breakfast was great, shuttle service was not dependable. After waiting 30 min past scheduled arrival we ordered an uber and were at the airport in 10 min.

This hotel is NOT at the new airport; it requires a shuttle ride to the airport. What they claim is a shirt ride took us more than an hour in traffic.
The hotel is decrepit and not being maintained by Wyndham. The shower drain clogged, flooding the bathroom and getting the room carpet wet.
The stay was okay. Breakfast at 4am is good for early travels but there were very few options available at 4am. The shuttle service is nice but there is a smoking section right next to the shuttle so while we were sitting in the shuttle and the doors are wide open, there were 2 older men chain smoking cigarettes and the smoke would flow straight into the shuttle. The shuttle didn't leave every 30mins like it said. It left 10 mins late so we sat there for an extra 10 minutes with the cigarette smoke billowing in. There are other entrances/exits so why not move the smoking section away from the shuttle parking? Bathroom shower had a bit of mold. Property seems understaffed. Check-in lines can get long, and there seemed to be only 1 server covering the whole restaurant.
Perfect one night stay with efficient airport shuttle and surprisingly high quality dinner in the restaurant. Breakfast buffet was weak though. Cold eggs etc
