Close to Foxwoods. Shuttle driver such a nice man.
The pool area. Only a few chairs. Out of control kids unsupervised. Wet around area. Didn’t stay.

No garbage pals in room pool very dirty no seating area in lobby shows beautiful pitchers on line when you get here very different appearance gives us coffee making no coffee or utensils to make coffee tv remote doesn’t work I call they send a guy up who doesn’t know how to work it
the bed was made every day & clean towels, trash was emptied
i have arthritis & the bed could have been a little firmer but was OK. our stay was fine until Saturday night when i called the desk twice about the very, very loud noises from the lobby & bar until after 12:30 a.m. in the morning. There was a sign on the mirror in our room that stated no loud noise after midnight but no one seemed to care. we stayed there before & now for dance competition at foxwood, that was the first time it happened. hope it won't happen again. the dancers need their sleep & don't need to be kept up late with grueling dance schedules facing them every day of their competitions.

New tiled shower was great!
The one bed the mattress was concave in the middle. We had no extra toilet paper in the bathroom and ran out before our stay was over.
Room was clean, bed sheets and towels were fresh, and toiletries were amble. Staff was accommodating to late check out. Hotel was peaceful, safe and quiet especially late at night.

Nice hotel! Very pretty lobby. Clean and neat. Our room was very nice. Tall ceilings, a ceiling fan which was fantastic for dispersing the cool AC. Bathroom was spacious, clean and very pretty. Love the wall mounted body wash and shampoo and conditioner In the shower. Proximity to the casino was great. Coffee chain was very close for a quick breakfast. Most important, I felt very safe. This hotel is in a very good area. All around great hotel stay experience.

Everyone was helpful, kind, and funny. The room was more than expected.
