Pros:

Been there probably 10 times nice place to stay

Cons:

Room was suppose to be presidential suite not sure that’s what I got but nice room. Don’t say one thing and do another. I wasn’t the only one disappointed at the desk.

Nice location for us, we needed a hotel to rest up before we drove to Cape COD for a wedding.
Pros:

Good location for us to rest up on a long trip.

Cons:

Spending a couple of nights so we could enjoy the local restaurants.

Pros:

Went to check in and the power went out and came back on didn’t have internet after 2hours we left . The staff didn’t have a clue how to fix it and the manager couldn’t help

Always a good stay, but with a few changes, could be excellent.
Pros:

Room was clean. Bed comfortable.

Cons:

TV was impossible to use. Every streaming service known to man, but no instructions how to simply watch TV. Very frustrating. Also, charging ports only available on one nightstand was very inconvenient. The property could also benefit from more parking.

Pros:

The location was perfect for us. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean.

Cons:

Seemed to be short staffed at the front desk. The paper handed out at the desk stating shuttle times to the casino was incorrect by 1/2 hr. I didn't like being next to the elevator, because of the noise. People were coming in at 2 am and being loud enough to wake us up from a sound sleep.

Good stay BUT shower must go and be updated.
Pros:

Everything was good, front desk, decor of lobby, barista making coffee, close to Foxwoods, Winery and my favorite restaurant Breakwaters,

Cons:

The only thing that was really horrible was the shower. Way too small, water shoots at your face, had too shower with door open. This unfortunately would be the only reason why I would not return. Breakfast could be a little better also.

Breakfast was good also location

Cons:

Water drained very slow in the bathroom sink. Tv was only getting a few station. The guide and local stations didn't work. It was hard to make the Maintenance men to understand.

Everything else was fine, but they should have comped us a little at least that was ridiculous
Cons:

AC did not work, they came up ,looked at it and said he would tell the manager. The next morning they just simply apologized ,at one point it was 86° in the room. We had to turn on the vent in the bathroom to suck out some of the heat.

Big parking lot, pushed back from the road, clean and the employees we spoke with were very nice.

Cons:

The only complaint 2 people in my party had was the TV was small.

Clean, cheap, & close to Foxwoods
Pros:

Distance to Foxwoods was a 5 minute car ride. Shuttle to and from Foxwoods was quick and easy. Hotel was clean. Staff were friendly.
