Good
Power outages and television channels didn't come in so no TV all evening and morning.
Location and was clean but many things broken
Requested to speak with mgmt.. no return call x 2. There were many broken items in the room

Hotel is very dated and poorly maintained. This is an embarassment for Wyndham properties.
Staff and location both excellent. Room was nice and clean.
Table in room for dining, laptop etc was literally on last legs wobbled like crazy, as did one of the chairs. Hair dryer in bathroom was a fire waiting to happen,back end blown out. Bathroom was configured very odd, door opened and covered walk in shower. Shower door opened into shower, shower fixtures and door configuration made it very uncomfortable to enter, exit shower. Bottom of bathroom door was so swollen probably from contact with shower could not fully close. Power went out for about 40 min after 10pm, when it came back, no internet, or TV or personal devices. Made for boring night. Other 2 nights were fine. Don't book room 258 needs to be fixed for these issues. Also would be nice if one of the chairs was comfy for watching tv, the 2 in room were utility table chairs.
High ceilings and bed comfortable
Internet was spotty. Tv would constantly stop and start, calls were dropped and sometimes I could make any, all due to the internet
Quiet even on a holiday weekend.
“Restaurant” was stretch. Very limited choices and more like a cafe. Very few restaurants close.
The location was very close to Foxwoods and the price was reasonable. Staff was friendly and accommodating.
The shuttle only runs Friday and Saturday. The room smelled like cigarettes. There was mascara smeared on the bathroom door. The A/C was very loud.

The air quality in the rooms was poor and they were rehabbing but did not tell you ahead
It was close to Foxwoods, Dunkin Donuts and area restaurants. The large whirlpool/hot tub in the room was an added bonus!
We would have preferred the pool to be bigger and perhaps offer an adult swim time because the children were loud.
Have been there a few times and consistently nice. Everyone is nice and polite.
People above us had 2 kids that ran and stomped all evenings but - kids!
Room was more than adequate for our overnight stay.
