Great value! Close to casino and other sites. Shuttle service great. Clean room, helpful staff. Love free bottled water ❤️
Rugs need to be replaced
Size of room was good. Bathroom was updated.
Check-in was terrible. We had to wait over 2 hours for our room to be ready. After waiting for about 30 minutes in the lobby, we decided to drive around and explore the area. When we returned and approached the staff, they had somehow decided to take a list of names. Therefore, our name was at the bottom of the list. Very frustrating after a long commute to get to hotel.
Convenient to venue we were attending but nothing really close to hotel need a car
Room was not ready at 3 and did nor offer shuttle service to both casinos you had to. Book a week ahead of time for Mohegan but had shuttle b to o Foxwoods
It was absolutely such an amazing experience overall! Absolutely loved the room, food and especially the beyond glamorous coffee bar! Major kudos for the great overall experience!! Will with out a doubt make future reservations and highly recommend making reservations to friends and family. Thank you for tuning out to be a fabulous stay!!
Toilet leaked
It was clean and the room was spacious and comfortable
I was told when I originally checked in a could have a 12pm courtesy late check out the next morning we were locked out of our room. Spoke with the lady at the desk who wasn’t the most pleasant that said no that’s not the case. Eventually she said she would extend til 12pm free of charge. I still got charged for the late check out which was 2pm. We didn’t know so rushed out of the room to still be charged.. disappointing on how this was handled
The room was spacious and very comfortable
I was a little put off when I got off the elevator and saw the remodeling going on. I do know that that is a necessary project, but I think the halls need to be done first.
Location to Foxwoods
Handicapped Room. No fan in bathroom. No hot water in shower
The room size was nice and the location was wonderful. However, for having the room cleaned prior to check in there was no shampoo one towel no tissues and a small roll of toilet paper. The TV lagged the entire time and buffed every 30 secs making it pointless to even turn on. And the thermostat was wacky and would always turn on the heat.

Close to everything we were looking for
Pool was small
The price was right, the location was Good, Netflix on TV was a plus. The available shuttle back and forth to Foxwoods was nice.
Slightly dated hotel, pool a bit small
The jacuzzi tub was amazing and the pool was as well. The complimentary waters and coffees were also very good.
The wait for breakfast at the Tuscany restaurant was very long
The location of the hotel was convenient for our weekend getaway.
We stayed two nights and upon arrival our air conditioner unit wasn't working properly. We called for assistance and waited nearly an hour for someone to come up. At that point we were able to fix it ourselves as the button wasn't working properly.
After one night of rest we headed out for an all day excursion to come back to a room that was never serviced by housekeeping. No fresh towels, no coffee, no made bed. When we called the desk they informed us that house keeping must be requested. We were never informed of this and frankly never heard of this in any hotel. Additionally, the hallway on the floor we were on had what looked to be like dried vomit.
At check out we were told a manager would contact us but that never happened.
Disappointing as we have stayed at other Windham based hotels and have had excellent experiences. Not the "luxury" we were expecting.
