Would 100% go out of my way to stay here again
Pros:

First impressions matter and so I want to especially commend and shout out Naji at the front desk for being 5 stars professional and friendly setting the tone for a lovely stay. Gurdy was helpful as well checking out and breakfast was quick and fresh. Our server was very attentive. This hotel checked every box. Thank you for a lovely stay:)

Not the worst place I’ve ever stayed

Cons:

Bar/restaurant closed on a Thursday night. Front desk said it opened at 4 then changed to 5pm. Apparently they were not informed. Bizarre fountain in front that people set up camp chairs around and drink beer. Guess when there’s no bar that’s what happens. They had to bring their own chairs since none are provided. Nor sure this property knows what it wants to be

Short weekend away from the chaos
Pros:

Everyone was very friendly and courteous. The coffee bar was excellent as my husband is a coffee drinker, and he was able to have a couple of good cups of coffee. Before we headed out for the day

Great value and space for the money
Pros:

The grande suite was large and updated nicely. The bathroom had lots of space.

Cons:

The tv's in the bedroom are kinda large for the space. I appreciate a big tv but, watching tv before bed with that large of a screen was a little much.

The bed was uncomfortable with a big dip in the middle. The jacuzzi filter was so dirty that when we started to fill it...a dark film starting forming in the bubbles...we drained it to see what it was and it was clearly dirt. Also we opened the windows in the middle of the night to get air and immediately started getting bug bites...we woke up and seen that there was huge holes in the screens...had to leave and go buy benadryl cream and pills

Great affordable place to stay near Foxwoods or Westerly

Friendly and helpful staff - but the bed -OUCH!
Pros:

Bed felt like it was the original mattress. Big sinkhole in middle and lots of lumps and bumps. The hotel for price was fine, and the staff were magnificent, but I would not stay again due to ending up with an ache on the entire left side of my body because of the mattress.
