Pros:

Nice clean hotel with good staff and nice breakfast menu. About 10 minutes away from Foxwoods and they run an hourly shuttle.

Cons:

We booked a presidential suite so we could have a Jacuzzi. The Jacuzzi was not working and when we ran the water, it was coming out of the side of the Jacuzzi. It was already late so we didn’t get another room. Just decided that we couldn’t use the Jacuzzi because it wasn’t working properly. I then got a charge of over $2000 on my credit card because the Jacuzzi wasn’t working and they stated that we caused damage. We did not cause any damage and have stayed there several times. I will definitely not be staying at that hotel again and encourage people to stay at a different hotel. Just my opinion.

Definitely needs some updating, but you get what you paid for
Pros:

The rooms were spacious. Staff when we checked in was excellent. We were there a little earlier before actual check in time and they let us go to our room.

Cons:

Not really close to anything besides the casino. So it was a pretty good distance to get to things. Pool area was so hot chairs need to be replaced in pool area. Who wants to sit on the ground. Cleaning definitely could be upgraded. Those showers in the rooms what is that? You have these big bathrooms and these itty bitty showers that are like a trailer shower, one person can barely fit in there to wash themselves. Let’s get some remodeling and upscale that place.
