Ich empfehle das Hotel weiter.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. (nahe beim Bahnhof und nahe bei der Altstadt)
Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Das Frühstück ist vielfältig.

Cons:

Eine Tischdecke hätte das Frühstück schöner gemacht.

Great hotel at a great location
Pros:

Great location, walking distance to the old town and to a enormous shopping center, where you find supermarket and many different stores.

The hotel was clean and organized. Breakfast was small but very tasty, nothing to complain.
It can get a bit noisy from the outside movement, but nothing drastic. You can also hear the church bell located right next to the hotel.

Cons:

Lack of black out curtains. During summer it's quite bright out during early morning.

Good location but not good facilities.
Pros:

Location was great, and the staff were very friendly. I really appreciated that they allowed me to check in early.

Cons:

There was no fridge in the room, and the lack of air-conditioning made the room quite hot during the August summer. You can open the window for ventilation, but it is very noisy because the bus station is directly outside on the street.

Another issue was the shower. The shower head was positioned very high, almost 2 metres from the floor, and the angle was also awkward. The water came out almost vertically, at around an 80-degree angle, making it difficult to shower comfortably. I am 183 cm tall, and the shower head was still too high for convenient use. I had to hold it with one hand throughout the shower.
There is also no lift, which can be inconvenient if you have heavy luggage. There was no kettle, coffee, or tea provided. Overall, I don’t think the price represents good value for money.

Pros:

Wszystko było ok, ja tam nie muszę mieć luksusów, wystarczy żeby było czysto. Fajbie że były w pokoju środki czystości ale nawet zestaw do szycia. To było mile zaskoczenie. Co do czajnika faktycznie nie ma ale na recepcji można o niego poprosić. Fajnie że bardzo blisko stacji co bardzo ułatwiło, i do Głównego Rynku też było bliziutko.

Cons:

Śniadanie- chociaż było bardzo dobre ale jedzenie przez tydzień tego samego( dosłownie) sprawiło że już pod koniec nie mogłam na nie patrzeć. Drugi delikatny minus to materace na łóżku, ciągle się zsuwały.

Fantastic location convenient for everything, but poorly equipped room.
Pros:

Easy to find from the train station, staffed reception all day, and perfectly located for the walking and coach tours that we went on, both of which started about 100m away.

Cons:

No air conditioning, fridge or safe. Temperatures were moderate during our stay, but in a heatwave I doubt whether the fan provided would have cooled the room sufficiently.

Würden wieder hier buchen aufgrund der Lage!
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut gelegen! Der Hauptbahnhof ist sehr nah und auch unsere Treffpunkte (für die Free Walking Tour Altstadt und Busabholung für Ausschwitz) waren auch keine 5 Minuten entfernt. Auch die Gepäckaufbewahrung am An- und Abreisetag war uns sehr wichtig und hat gepasst! Das Zimmer war groß, sauber und hatte einen Ventilator. Frühstück war auch gut!

Cons:

Wie viele schon geschrieben: etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Räume sind sehr hellhörig.

Perfekte Lage und geräumige Zimmer
Pros:

Die Lage ist top. Innerhalb von fünf Minuten zu Fuß ist man direkt in der Altstadt.

Cons:

Im Bad gibt es einen Föhn, dessen Knopf man beim Föhnen die ganze Zeit drücken muss. Sonst geht er aus. Das ist sehr umständlich, wenn man langes Haar hat.
