Posizione eccellente, struttura decadente.
Pros:

La posizione è il punto di forza di questo hotel.
Centralissimo, a due passi dalla stazione centrale, dieci minuti a piedi dal centro città, contesto tranquillo e silenzioso (beh, Cracovia è tutta…silenziosa). Molti tour operator hanno base operativa proprio nella piazza dell’hotel. Insomma, per visitare la città e sistemarsi senza tanti problemi qui è perfetto.

Cons:

Struttura vecchia, anni ‘70, necessiterebbe di una ristrutturazione.
Stanze con moquette, senza prese per cellulari accanto ai letti, senza frigobar, bagno piccolo, termosifone. Insomma, vecchio stile. Pulizia buona ma anche letto e accessori risalgono agli anni ‘70. Pittoreschi i cuscini, una sorta di quadrato imbottito da 30 centimetri. Altro problema la colazione. Continentale, nel senso che c’è abbondanza di pane, uova, creme e cremine ma di dolce praticamente nulla. Per gli italiani potrebbe essere un problema.
Personale disponibile ma silenzioso, questo è un pregio.

Pros:

L'hotel si trova in una posizione strategica, centrale, a pochi passi dalla stazione e dal centro della città. Personale disponibile e accogliente. Colazione buona. Veramente bravi nell'insieme. Se dovessi ritornare in città lo sceglierei sicuramente.

La ubicación. Está muy cerca de todo el casco antiguo. En la plaza donde te recogen para las excursiones y cerca de un centro comercial enorme y la estación de tren.

Jeden nocleg w oczekiwaniu na przesiadkę w trakcie dłuższej podrózy.
Pros:

Super lokalizacja. Dla turysty: blisko starego miasta. Dla podróżujących: blisko dworca PKP. Całodobowa recepcja. Obszerna łazienka z kosmetykami i suszarką do włosów.

Cons:

Wykładzina w pokoju zniszczona. Drzwi do łazienki trudno domknąć. Ogólnie sporo drobnych zniszczeń, uszkodzeń.
