В этом отеле мы останавливались в 2024 г, уже тогда мы поняли, что это отличный выбор. На этот раз особенно бережно отнеслись к особым просьбам. В последнюю секунду мы попросили изменить состав комнат: дети с родителями и мы отдельно. Все было учтено, у детей в комнате даже был кондиционер. И вид из окна был не во двор, а на город. Очень приятный персонал. Матейко-вы лучшие!!!
У нас нет нареканий.
The location was perfect! The staff was helpful. The breakfast was great.
No air-conditioning in 100* weather, it was hard to sleep in such heat.
Мы заселялись около полуночи. В комнате детей по нашей просьбе поставили детскую кроватку с очень милым постельным бельем.

The view from the balcony
Hello. We lived with you from friday till friday. We lived in room 205 so called suite
1: the AC does not cool down the room.
2: no fridge in the room
3: the ”massage” shower did not work. Only regular shower worked.
4: no furniture on the balcony.
5: the cleaning was the worst i have seen. They did not change the bedsets, they did not remove any dirty dishes, no new glasses, no new water.
6: the beds are comfy and hard. But the pillows are the worst. No stuffing in them.
7: the breakfast is under all standards. Its not even close to the same as in the pictures… and no resturant? Even tho you show pictures of it.
8: the balcony door was no good, you have to lift it to close it, the curtain guide rail between ”living room” and ”bedroom” is about to fall down.
I tried to talk to the staff at the hotell. The only answer i got was. ”We can see what wee can do”
Im not happy about this and was not worth the money.

Mal isolé on entend tous les pas dans la chambre du haut et dans les chambres à côté on entend parler
Dehors pendant la nuit il y a eu des gens qui ont mis de la musique fort et on entendait tout
Le staff n’était pas particulièrement sympa. Je suis descendue demander s’ils avaient de l’eau et ils m’ont envoyé m’acheter de l’eau sans me proposer une bouteille.
L’hôtel n’était pas vraiment propre, plutôt vieillot, pas bien équipé, la salle de bain était en mauvais état
Le réseau wifi se coupait à chaque fois toutes les 3 secondes donc impossible d’utiliser mon téléphone avec leur réseau
Je trouve pas que cet hôtel vaut un 3 étoiles…
