Property was lovely. Not much of a view from our room but that’s ok. Room was really small though.

The room was clean and comfortable. The pool was nice !!!! Staff helped guide us in getting around. A short walk to the buses to travel to other parts of the island.

Our stay was filled with misleading information and serious safety concerns. The listing showed a breakfast bar, but there was no breakfast available—something we only learned after pressing staff. We also booked this villa for the “scheduled airport shuttle,” only to find out there was no schedule and the cost was higher than a local taxi.

The room itself had major issues. The bathroom door didn’t close, the shower smelled moldy, and bugs were everywhere. Housekeeping didn’t come until 4:30pm the next day. Despite these problems, we tried to push through.

The final night was the worst. We saw birds entering a vent near our room in the afternoon. Later that night, after dealing with bugs, I saw a bird inside the room. We tried calling the front office multiple times, but no one picked up. With no emergency contact info, we had no choice but to book a room next door at a different hotel.

When we checked out and explained everything, the man we spoke to was rude and dismissive, blaming us for not calling—even after we showed our call logs. He claimed we should have used a WhatsApp number we were never given. They then refused to give us a refund (not even a partial refund). No one should have to sacrifice safety, cleanliness, or basic respect—do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place.

We had requested twin beds, and they did their best to accommodate us. The rooms were nice and clean and we enjoyed our stay there. They let us leave our luggage there as we arrived in the morning and couldn’t check in. We went out to see the town. When we returned we had our rooms. When we checked out we again left our luggage there as we had a tour before our flight back to Athens. They were very accommodating to us. I would definitely stay there again if I return to Santorini.

Galatia Villa offered a stay with all the essentials. It has a kitchenette and a table with chairs which allowed us to have breakfast and warmed up some left over at any time.
We liked the style and decoration.
Probably the only downside would be the size of the shower…very small.

Very nice place

The receptionist was very rude. We had reserved 5 rooms. We emailed the hotel 2 months in advance requesting that 2 rooms have twin beds. When we asked about the request the receptionist said that he had know idea what rooms had twin beds. He couldn’t direct us to our rooms. We did not get twin beds in any room. There was a mix up with our bill. The hotel had processed our credit card before arrival and the receptionist couldn’t explain the bill. The manager was no where to be found. The rooms weren’t ready and in haste we were given rooms that were obviously partially cleaned. Although per the website breakfast would be available at a charge it was not. Overall not a good experience.

The place was very clean and cute! Loved staying here. Also very handy to have Netflix

The bathroom is very tiny with no shower curtain. In the end the bathroom became very wet and almost flooded. It's okay to stay for a couple of nights but not more
