Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, der Wellness/SPA Bereich ist sehr schön und angenehm. Die Massagen sind traumhaft und die Betten/Kissen super bequem. Das Frühstück reichhaltig und gut

Die Abendessen waren nicht auf der Höhe. Die Auswahl war zwar soweit gut, aber es fehlte leider immer an Geschmack und zum Beispiel der Black Angus war eher zäh als butterzart. Wir waren trotz Halbpension zwei Abende anderswo Essen

Super Aussicht und toller Service.
Haus sehr ruhig und Sauna Bereich Extrem ruhig . Sind immer allein in der Sauna gewesen. Tolles Angebot an Tee und Wasser und nüsse im Sauna Bereich. Leckeres Frühstück und tolles Abend essen.

Cons:

In der Früh muss man lange anstehen an den Eier Spezialitäten nur ein Koch für alle. Es gibt nur eine Kaffeemaschine und die war am zweiten Tag leider kaputt. Hat alles Kaffee Spezialitäten aber von den Kellnern gebracht bekommen. Am Samstag Abend Essen war Buffet. Sehr schnell leer und bei dem Fleisch wurde nicht nach gefüllt. In den Zimmern könnten Sie die Bäder renovieren ist der Türrahmen schon leicht in die Jahre gekommen. Aber Jammern auf hohem Niveau

Great relaxing views with friendly service
Pros:

I loved the service, friendliness of each and every staff member, just outstanding. It has been a long time since I felt so welcome by many different people in different departments.
Jacuzzi is a highlight too as well as the traditional building and balcony with lake view.

Cons:

The rooms are a little outdated, especially the beds were not very comfortable and the bathtun shower not so convenient when you are pregnant.
I did not aporeciate having to go to reception to get extra bed linen and carry those up myself. Preferably someone would pick up the phone and deliver this to the room directly.

Sehr gefallen hat uns der freundliche Service im Restaurant, das tolle Frühstück und die sehr schöne Lage am Achensee.

Cons:

Die Matratzen dürften einen Plastikanteil gehabt haben, wir sind trotz gekipptem Fenster im Februar immer wieder schweißnaß aufgewacht. Der Kopfpolster war viel zu hart. Im Saunabereich gibt es zu wenige Liegen und man muss den Saunabereich verlassen um im allgemeinen, textilen Ruhebereich entspannen zu können, was umständlich war. Es fehlt im Saunabereich ein Kaltwasserbecken. Bei den Duschen im Saunabereich stößt man sich die Zehen an, weil ohne Warnung ein Hügel gefliest ist. Überhaupt, den Saunabereich zu finden, geht eine Suche voraus, die Beschilderung ist aus unserer Sicht zu wenig (nur 1 Tafel und zu der muss man erst kommen). Viele Türen im Hotel sind mit Notausgang beschildert, sind allerdings auch die normalen Türen, sodass man als Gast nicht weiß, ob man hier durchgehen darf oder nicht. Letzte Anmerkung, wir finden es nicht gut, dass wir für die Tiefgarage in Pertisau extra zur Hotelübernachtung bezahlen mussten, das kennen wir an sich nur in Großstädten.
