BEST. HOTEL. STAY. EVER.

I recently stayed over at Trump Hotel in downtown Chicago and it was THE BEST STAY EVER!! First impressions are everything and they did NOT disappoint! From check in with valet, to the front desk and all the way through to housekeeping, everyone was SO accommodating! I had 5 kids with me and they were amazed at how everything was. Also, anyone going MUST ask for Pablo!! He did magic tricks and told jokes and made the kids all feel right at home. He assured us if we needed anything to just ask. If/when we called down for extra pillows or towels they always delivered them right away. We were also in the pool multiple times and it was so warm and clean!

We also ordered room service and the food was beautifully presented and so delicious!

If anyone is looking for an overnight stay that combines luxury with fun and wonderful service, Trump Hotel Chicago is the place for you! And remember, it is a great place for adults, but it is also kid friendly!

Thank you to the entire staff for going above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable! We can't wait to go back!

Not great, you have proof to show management how bad the room was and there like robots, no mercy
Pros:

The heat in my room wasn’t working well, the room I originally booked was giving away by the time they checked my wife and I in for our 27th year anniversary. The room they gave me had bleach stains on the carpet and some weird rips in the carpet as well. It definitely wasn’t worth the $1300 a night

Pros:

Great experience! The food was delicious and our server, Sanaa was exceptional!
My husband requested hot chocolate (not technically on the menu), but Sanaa concocted a cup of hot chocolate that was perfect! Thank you!

Cons:
