The property is nice, easy parking. No bellboy service. We had a junior suite with terrace. It was small but functional. The bed was uncomfortable. The breakfast was pretty poor, more like a three star hotel breakfast. We stayed there for three nights. On Sunday, September 7th, we decided to have dinner at the hotel’s restaurant. I ordered a whole fish when they serve it to me it was bloody and raw inside. The server took it back. I waited for my fish while my husband finished his dinner. Instead of making a new proper fish for me, they brought it back fried and very oily, when I specifically asked for grilled because of my allergies. The fish was missing the top. It looked like somebody ate the top or chopped it off. It looked pretty disgusting. When I called the manager, she couldn’t care less, she didn’t even apologized. The server, who was very sweet, felt extremely bad. He apologized several times and said it’s out of his control.
The manager asked if I want to order anything else. I didn’t want to stay there. We asked for the bill. They took the Fish of my bill and didn’t offer any compensation for the mistreat and aggravation. We paid the bill for my husband’s food and walked away.
The next day, during the checkout, I complained to the front desk manager. His answer was that he is very sorry and feels very bad about what happened, and “when you come next time we will compensate you”. Does he really believes that there will be a next time for us st this hotel??!

Calme, charme et accueil parfait
Pros:

Séjour d’une nuit seulement mais une très belle expérience : cadre calme et verdoyant, petite piscine charmante, personnel très souriant et professionnel. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est varié et de qualité. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel !

Hotel très agréable et accueillant
Pros:

3ème séjour réussi à l’hôtel Golden Tulip de Valbonne. Accueil, standing et tranquillité sont les points forts de l’hôtel. Les suites juniors avec terrasses sont très bien adaptées aux familles.
Piscine très agréable. Restauration non testée.
Un peu excentré mais le lieu compense largement les quelques minutes de trajets additionnelles.
On reviendra.

Hotel tranquilo, agradable, decorado con gusto y muy aconsejable para poder pasar unos dias de relax en conpañia. Habitaciones muy cómodas, ducha amplia, con nevera que funcionaba perfectamente, nespresso y detalle de zapatillas y Albornoz, que es de agradecer. El hotel dispone de zona de huevos, billar, futbolin, Ping-pong, tenis, y una piscina muy tranquila. Ubicado en un entorno verde. El desayuno no es de los mejores pero en general es correcto. Sin duda un buen hotel para pasar unos dias de relax, ubicado en buena zona, con parking gratuito y como punto partida para recorrer la Costa Azul. Nosotros con ganas de repetir. Muy aconsejable.

A great stop over hotel on our way from Nice airport to Provence. Great family rooms, very modern and clean. We enjoyed a lovely outdoor evening meal. The children could have pizza from the room service menu in the restaurant with us too. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastiskt hotell. Mycket serviceminded och vänlig personal, mycket rent och fräscht. Stort bekvämt rum. Fantastiska sängar och kuddar (vilket är ovanligt). Alla faciliteter med penty, kaffemaskin, vattenkokare mm som uppskattas. Stort rymligt badrum, Rullstolsvänligt hotell och rum. Fin poolanläggning liksom område med pingisbord, hängmattor mm.
Suverän och generös frukostbuffe! Hög servicenivå och ett mycket positivt helhetsintryck!
