A group cancelation policy of 30 days will be applicable. Changes or cancelations will need to be made at least 30 days in advance or the 1 night deposit will be forfeited. There must be a name attached to each room.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Clean, good location, check in and price was great.
Pros:

Room was very comfortable. Close enough to all other places in Banff. Cost was reasonable during this time frame (April).
Sauna and hot tub was a big plus after a day on the hills.

The staff was accommodating but overall we didn’t have a positive experience

Location. Walking distance to shops & restaurants

Cons:

The shower faucet came off while showering; very inconvenient & disruptive. Eventually asked to move to another room when the faucet kept falling off. Was given a bigger room with a kitchenette. However, had to call for housekeeping to change the sheets as one of the bedsheets had a dirty stain

Deceiving
Pros:

Proximity to central area. Complimentary pass for public transit.

Cons:

Booked a suite with a separate bedroom for four guests and we were all crowded. The annoying washroom fan constantly on, windows did not close properly. One small bedroom with a queen bed no night stands, heater touching the bed cannot be turned on without having the heat in your face.

I wouldn’t stay there again.

It was an ok location. Rooms were big.

Cons:

The mini fridge was not working. I didn’t know all my food was spoiled the next day. Microwave and coffee maker also wasn’t working. They were all plugged in so I’m not sure why. I told the front desk. They didn’t do anything. Sauna wasn’t working one of the days either.

Pros:

The shape of the room was good and the clear view of the beautiful mountain outside was amazing. Everything was exceptional. We would recommend it to family and friends anytime!

Pros:

The room was comfortable and clean, really enjoyed the bed and the spaciousness. The bathroom was great! I really did like the close proximity to the city and parking was good.

Cons:

There was a bit of a issue checking in, I handed my ID to staff and she checked me in as the wrong person. I asked her to double check and she kept saying a different name even though I told her my name and she had my ID to confirm. A bit of a hassle but she was able to fix it.
