A group cancelation policy of 30 days will be applicable. Changes or cancelations will need to be made at least 30 days in advance or the 1 night deposit will be forfeited. A welcoming hotel
Pros:

Staff where great very helpful, room was clean and tidy, beds a little hard but that’s a personal preference! 8 min walk into central Banff plenty of parking, restaurant next door although nothing to do with the hotel family had breakfast there and where happy with the food would happily stay again

The room and facility were good but sleep was difficult.
Cons:

The heating system and fridge in the room were very noisy. Walls are thin, as well. 😕

Great value for money.
Pros:

I liked my room. The Bed was comfortable. Quiet room. Nice view. Breakfast at the El Toro restaurant was excellent. Staff were helpful.

Cons:

Nothing...to speak of. Laundry machines seemed abit pricey. 3 dollars per load.

Solid Banff hotel
Pros:

Lovely old hotel very comfortable. Good bed and strong shower pressure. Restaurant attached did great lumbar jack breakfast. Frontdesk staff were very helpful.
