A group cancelation policy of 30 days will be applicable. Changes or cancelations will need to be made at least 30 days in advance or the 1 night deposit will be forfeited. Great place and it was the cheapest from available nearest times but still comfortable and cool location 🫶
Pros:

It is quite there even if it is still in the heart of Banff village. Pet friendly which is super great. Little bit old inside but it does not make it worth as it was clean and had it own parking. Right in the middle of the area where are a lot of restaurants and the gas stop right behind the corner.
Restaurant (pretty busy) is amazing ! Food was very delicious. Sometimes not a perfect service , but they were extremely busy so no complains. Some staff were amazingly kind and super friendly( don’t remember the name unfortunately)
We will definitely be back here again ❤️

Pros:

The room was great - big and clean.
Location is decent - 15 min walk from the Banff center.

Cons:

The staff was unexperienced and NOT friendly/helpful at all. I understand that it might be a shortage of workforce but still - you have to find, hire, and train the right people, if you want to run a successful business. Keep neglecting this and the Vacancy sign will stay the entire summer.

A tired but charming hotel on the edge of beautiful Banff.
Pros:

We stayed two nights here on the outer edge of Banff (it's not huge) as park of a coach tour. Although dated, the room was clean and the bed cosy with everything we needed. Our room was ground floor, facing a car park so not glamorous, but still quiet and spacious. An in-room safe would have been helpful. I suspect modernising it , although parts of it were in dire need, would take away the charm. We even made use of the biglovely hot tub and the attached restaurant, which was good. Everyone was helpful and friendly and there were plenty of places to eat within walking distance. The bus stop to get into the centre is right outside and they are very frequent. All around you outside the mountains soar up. Banff is gorgeous.
