Pros:

Staff were affable. Check in was relatively easy. Parking was close.

Cons:

The rafters made sleep almost unachievable with upstairs neighbors cavorting til the wee hours.

I’d definitely stay again
Pros:

Nice big room with an open window. Short walk to the local restaurants and downtown. Convenient free parking. Nice shower and soaps, and lots of hot water.

Cons:

The jacuzzi jets were quite weak and the sauna wasn’t working/ wasn’t hot. Our room was above the bottle bins which was very noisy around 10am. Very noisy air con system

All in all, great value, location and a nice big room with high ceilings and sleeping options for friends or family. Th

Large room with 2 queen beds and pull out sofa, great for girls night out. Fridge, cathedral ceilings and table all appreciated.

Cons:

One bathroom (sleeps 4-6, but only one toilet), screen missing from window and carpet needs repair or replacement. Underground parking too tight to accommodate regular sized SUV.

Our lungs hate this hotel
Pros:

Me and 3 friends went to banff for a birthday and rented out what we thought would be a bombastic deal. The catch is that the batroom has a roof within the suite that leaves it susceptible to allergen buildup. I say this because all 4 of us felt SIGNIFICANTLY more congested inside the suite every single time we went inside. All 4 of us fell sick, 3 of us threw up, all 4 of us were extremely congested, all 4 of us had headaches, the symptoms hit a crescendo in day 1 but lasted the whole 5 day trip.

That's not the only part of this hotel, the Restaurant is fully independent despite being attached. The washrooms use cheap cloth shower curtains. Maintenance was out of date with windows and appliances not working fully. The keycards turned to duds 1/2 of the times I attempt to open a door.
