Important information:

The spa costs EUR 14 per person per day. Spa opens from 15 to 17 hrs for children and from 17 to 21hrs for adults only.

Gala Dinner is not included in the room rate for stays on 31 December.

Hotel acogedor con todas las comodidades.
Pros:

El hotel está muy bien situado y tiene todas las comodidades que se pueden pedir.
Las instalaciones son típicas de un hotel de montaña.
La piscina y los jardines una maravilla.
La atención del personal de restaurante y cafetería de 10,

Las habitaciones que dan a la carretera bastante ruidosas y no se podían dejar abiertas las ventanas para sufragar un poco el calor.

Vi hade det förträffligt. Bra frukost, trevlig personal, rent och fräscht, balkongen. Det var nära till affär, restauranger m.m. Vi hade det jättebra!

Cons:

Poolen var inte öppen när vi kom, står säsongsöppen i beskrivningen men förutsatt att det var i mitten på juni. Men de fixade det och dagen efter var poolen öppen, så det var väldigt bra ordnat ändå. Kudden var obekväm, frågade aldrig men de hade säkert fixat en annan om man gjort det.

Fell short of expectations
Cons:

The photos make it look like the hotel is in the countryside, but it is actually in a city on a loud road. The rooms do not have air conditioning, which is an issue in the summer. Also, the hotel advertised a spa and pool, but those facilities were not open when we stayed there.

Bien mais sans plus
Pros:

Hotel bien situé avec un personnel professionnel mais très chaleureux. Chambres assez petites et mériteraient un rafraîchissement. Excellent petit déjeuner (le c’est point positif de cet hôtel).

Cons:

Obligés de payer un supplément de 15 euros pour une chambre ne donnant pas sur la rue (donc calmes). Une première.
Parking extérieur gratuit mais limité sinon il faut intégrer 12 euros pour parking souterrain.
La piscine pas opérationnelle fin juin ! Et pas de compensation avec accès gratuit au spa pour lequel il faut payer 14 euros par personne.
En bref regarder ailleurs …ça ne vous coûtera rien ….

Excellent stay and memories!
Pros:

Excellent location in the very centre of la Massana, next to the bus shop with lots of restaurants and places to eat around. Clean and comfortable, good breakfast. Quiet and peaceful, you don’t hear any traffic, only a couple of cow “moos” which add to the authentity of Andorra mountains and countryside.

Cons:

A bit dark in the room.

Repas et petit déjeuner pour les coureurs du trail, c'est parfait.

Bon séjour au sein de l'hôtel
Pros:

La chambre est spacieuse et le personnel accueillant.
Le spa est appréciable et grand mais certains éléments ne fonctionnent pas.

Cons:

La literie et les oreillers ne sont plus confortables et la chambre devrait être équipée d'un climatiseur, le ventilateur ne suffit pas pour refroidir la pièce.

Good location, needs some improvement
Pros:

Great location, close to the bus stop and friendly staff.

Cons:

€14 each to use the spa where none of the saunas or steam room were working is a bit expensive.
The whole hotel needs a bit of an update as it’s is very dated.
