Important information:

The spa costs EUR 14 per person per day. Spa opens from 15 to 17 hrs for children and from 17 to 21hrs for adults only.

Gala Dinner is not included in the room rate for stays on 31 December.

Please note that the only pets allowed are dogs. When traveling with dogs, please note that an extra charge of EUR15 per pet under 10kg per night applies. In case the dog is 10kg or more, the extra charge is EUR30 per pet per night instead. Please note that a maximum of 1 pet per room is allowed. El tracte amb els clients és molt bo. El restaurant i la cafeteria de l'hotel estan molt cuidats.
Pros:

L'esmorzar és molt bo i complert. La decoració és clàssica i a l'hora excepcional. A la terrassa de l'habitació podies fer córrer el gos amb tranquil·litat.

Baño sucio y el tapón de la bañera no es el mismo tamaño,olvidate de un baño cliente,en las sábanas habían pelos de animales...no hay aire acondicionado y la calefacción que tienen es radiadores,apenas se nota,vamos lo único bueno el desayuno y personal más menos,ya que solicitamos cancelar una noche en el hotel por motivos personales,me dijeron en el hotel que no podían que tenía que ser por Booking y luego la rechazaron,los del hotel,por mi parte no vuelvo

Pessima a organização!
Nosso locker para guarda de esquis foi dado a outra pessoa com parte do nosso material ainda lá dentro! E este material sumiu!
Misteriosamente também sumiram 2 itens do nosso quarto, que só notamos quando fomos abrir as malas, pois estavam guardadas dentro das mesmas!
Surreal !
Detalhe, como nosso gato estava conosco só permiti limpeza quando eu estava dentro do quarto!
Como estes itens misteriosamente sumiram?
Uma coisa eu garanto, não posso acusar sem provas, por isso usei o verbo sumir, mas NUNCA MAIS NE HOSPEDO NESTE HOTEL!
Nosso prejuízo foi enorme e fomos tratados com total descaso pelo staff!
Entramos em contato assim que chegamos em casa, reportando os itens faltantes e a resposta foi: não achamos nada!
Surreal, isto NUNCA GAVIA ACONTECIDO COMIGO EM HOTEL NENHUM MUNDO AFORA!

Andorra en sí. Horroroso llegar y más cuando te quedas sin datos en el móvil por no ser de la Comunidad Europea y no funcionar el roaming de los contratos habituales. Tirado por pardillo. Eso es Manhattan, estrés desde que entras a Andorra hasta que sales. Un valle "alicatado" de casas y de rascas. El país de las rotondas. Sólo encuentras un poco de paz en las alturas. No viviría allí ni con 0% de impuestos. Pobre gente...
