Mountain Chalet Setting
Rutllan & Spa, nestled in a traditional mountain chalet, provides a cozy retreat in La Massana, offering easy access to Pal-Arinsal ski resort in winter and lush gardens with a heated outdoor pool in summer.

Important information:

The spa costs EUR 14 per person per day. Spa opens from 15 to 17 hrs for children and from 17 to 21hrs for adults only.

Gala Dinner is not included in the room rate for stays on 31 December.

Please note that the only pets allowed are dogs. When travelling with dogs, please note that an extra charge of EUR15 per pet under 10kg per night applies. In case the dog is 10kg or more, the extra charge is EUR30 per pet per night instead. Please note that a maximum of 1 pet per room is allowed. Dogs do not have access to the dining room.

From September 1 to November 30, we will be carrying out comprehensive renovation works in a specific area of the hotel that will affect 14 rooms. During this period, this area will remain completely closed and separated from the areas designated for our guests. The hotel's services, facilities, and common areas will operate normally. Due to the nature of the work, noise may occur during the renovation period. El desayuno, aunque no tener azúcar moreno me parece un poco triste.

Calidad precio fatal, hotel de3 estrellas, para 4 estrellas le falta un poco, la televisión no se veía casi nada con muchas interferencias con la antena, habíacion pequeña sí aparato de aire acondicionado, ningún detalle al llegar, un café etc, al poco de estar en la habitación, habían unas bragas debajo de una mesa, la piscina bastante sucia, sinceramente no lo recomiendo ni volvería.

El servei al restaurant. Vam demanar una botella de de vi de l’extensa carta i al cap de 20 minuts de tenir el plat a taula ens van dir que el vi que nosaltres volíem ( un Ribera del duero) no el tenien i ens acudeixen com a recomanació en un vi lo mes semblant al que haviem demanat segons la cambrera un Rioja amb tap de rosca. Tornem a triar un altre vi i ens tornar a passar el mateix…30 minuts el plat a taula i res per veure…una vergonya
