Good but pricey
Pros:

Great location, great views and the rooms are clean. No elevator as it's an old building.

Cons:

Offers complimentary breakfast at the attached restaurant. There were few choices and staff were friendly. However the quality wasn't that great. Overall a good stay but a bit pricey.

Pros:

It is a comfortable boutique-y hotel located very close to the waterfront and to the Playhouse. I ate lunch and breakfast at their restaurant and was happy with both meals. There are other good restaurants within a short walk. The room had a writing desk and a couch in addition to the bed/bathroom/tv.
