Pros:

Cons:

Hôtel sale pas entretenu, la moquette n’a pas vu un aspirateur depuis bien longtemps !!! Notre chambre était correcte, le petit déjeuner est sommaire et pas très bon.
Dommage que le potentiel ne soit pas exploité, tout est laissé à l’abandon, un gros ménage s’impose.
Le personnel aurait pu rattraper le coup mais malheureusement service minimum et pas très accueillant. Ils attendent le client mais pas un balai à la main 😂

Perfect stay for the whole family!
Pros:

It had very comfortable beds, & it was cozy. Jake’s restaurant was excellent! The views are stunning and you can walk to the docks easily!

Cons:

L emplacement est bien mais tout le reste est nul

Cons:

Chambre sale qui sent l humidité et le moisi. Ils ont oublié de refaire la chambre et avons dû demandé à ce que ce soit fait en fin de journée à notre retour d excursion. Personnel au restaurant qui ne comprend rien à ce qu on demande

Have stayed here before but noticeable that new owners are letting hotel go downhill
Pros:

Great location right on the water and walking distance to cruise boarding.

Cons:

Property needs some care, paint and cleaning. It's a beautiful historic building but feels tired, needs some attention, new rugs in hallways, walls need painting/cleaning and general tiding up (remove tables in lobby, bedding and towels piled at end of hallways, etc.

The bathroom door in the restaurant covered in dirt
Or sink in the bathroom, the rim covered in black .
Our room had that last person smell

The plants in front garden dead but left in .
The walkway needs repair

Serene waterfront stay
Pros:

The hotel was lovely and in a beautiful location. We spent the evening wandering the waterfront area and it was so peaceful and serene. We took the City Cruises tour the next day and it was literally steps away from the hotel and was a perfect introduction to the 1000 lakes area! The pub food was excellent, and the breakfast the next morning on the terrace was nice as well.

Nice place with great staff
Pros:

The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, for some undisclosed reason the gas had been cut off before we arrived and consequently there was no hot water. The staff was very apologetic and gave us a free room upgrade + $50 off dinner in their restaurant. So all in all it was a good value and I'll probably stay there again.
