Fabulous place to stay! Definitely recommend

Love this Hotel, I have stayed in it several times over the years and will continue to do so!

I love the new decor, the rooms are great, the Lobby also looks wonderful

Cons:

We stayed dueing the week so no pool service for drinks or food. I t would have been nice to have that service by the pool. Also I highly recommend getting new pillows the ones in our room were flat and uncomfortable. Also please have the mildew in the lap pool cleaned and treated and have that pool area cleaned because I did use the lap pool but I noticed that it was in need of cleaning the areas around the pool.

Don’t stay here in this economy.
Pros:

Property was very nice and the room was clean

Cons:

The indoor pool was way to cold to swim in, someone went poop in the outdoor pool I told security and they did nothing so we couldn’t continue to enjoy the outdoor pool. And Their where wayyyyyy too many hidden fees that where not listed they have no price at the bar and they either overcharge me or someone charged drinks to my room and I received a call at 8am when my card declined for the extra fees despite my deposit and supposedly $15 credit demanding payment I will never stay here again I’m so disappointed.

Great location to a lot of different amenities and shopping areas. Staff was friendly and very helpful.
