La gentileza y atenciones del personal,
me faltó ropa de cama para clima frio, solicité una colcha, me la proporcionaron pero fue insuficiente para mejorar la temperatura. Evito el aire acondicionado y la calefacción por salud.
Clean and perfect location
We came for the 4th of July. My daughter has really bad anxiety from the loud noises from fireworks. Our room was on the tenth floor facing the stadium. She got to experience the 4th of July in a new way watched from the window the sound was hardly noticeable, she loved it she wants to come back next year for the holiday again.
The only thing that we don’t like was we were not told we couldn’t use $15 daily credit the day we were checking out until after the fact other than that everything was great.
Clealiness
I booked a king size with a balcony. Instead I was given a king size with a view of the roofs AC units. Room 227
Clean. Updated.
Bed was hard. But overall excellent experience
Location was great
Our king suit wasn’t a king bed
No spa bath like advertised
Only one robe for 2 guests
Our room was miserable hot and never cooled down
Nice very clean
The staff are polite and helpful
Nice rooms
Some of staff misleading on prices. Then became disrespectful. Will not stay again.
I visited here for an overnight stay in December. The property was very nice and clean. The room we had was spacious along with the bathroom. The hotel seemed like a safe location. Arrived a little late so not sure what the daytime crowd is like. The room came with a fridge which was just right for our overnight stay. The staff’s overall customer service was nice.
A couple of dislikes to the stay were (1) minimal handicap parking and more parking for EV (2) parking garage fee (3) not all that accommodating when it comes to needing an early check-in (4) pillows were a little flat.
Location and attentive staff especially the valet drivers real good with bringing the vehicles out.
Jacuzzi closed to early on the weekend
Great location
Bare bones for the money
