Cleanliness
8
Multiple comments praise cleanliness ('muy limpio', 'rooms really clean', 'I like the cleanliness'), though a few notes of unclean areas under beds and older bathrooms make it slightly mixed but overall positive.
Service
5.8
Service sentiment is mixed but leans negative: several reviews report rude staff, poor customer service, and issues with deposits/early check-in, while a smaller number mention helpful front desk staff.
Location
8.5
Location is frequently mentioned positively ('good location', 'lots of places to go around town'); a few notes mention limited public transport access or nearby police presence but overall location is seen as a plus.
Room Quality
7.8
Rooms are generally described as comfortable and clean with amenities (iron, blow dryer, comfy beds), though there are isolated maintenance issues (AC noise, fridge off, bathroom door not locking, broken chair).
Amenities
7
Amenities receive mixed feedback: breakfast and pool are often described as limited or small, and some in-room amenities have faults, though basic conveniences are present (parking, quiet lot, occasional jacuzzi).
Value for Money
8.8
Value is frequently noted as strong ('good price', 'for the money it was worth it'); many guests explicitly call it a good deal for the price despite some shortcomings.
Food and Beverage
6.5
Breakfast is the most common complaint ('very limited', 'only waffles/toast', 'mejorar desayuno'), with a few positive notes about tasty breakfast; overall the F&B offering is underwhelming.
Overall Experience
9.2
Overall stays are frequently described as pleasant, safe, and recommendable ('would stay again', 'go to hotel', 'felt safe and comfortable'); despite service and breakfast issues, many guests report a positive overall stay.
