The room is nice but the staff is ridiculous and so are all the extra fees

The room was nice and clean there was a iron and a blow dryer witch comes in handy and I like the breakfast in the morning

Cons:

The staff was rude made me check out early because they wanted to charge me double what the room itself cost so the room was 85$ and they wanted to charge me a 50$ deposit plus a 40$ early check in fee when it was a half hour before check in time so it's was ridiculous so since I didn't pay the early check in fee they made me check out early 😡😡😡

Bring your own hairdryer
Pros:

I appreciate that the parking lot is well lit at night, and that the ice machine was working well.

Cons:

The hair dryer did not work. It turns on for 10 sec and then shuts off and you have to wait several minutes before it turns back on again. ( for another 10 sec.) I think it just needed to be cleaned, to keep it from overheating. This was frustrating because I was trying to get ready for an important event and this caused me to get behind schedule. Just bring your own hairdryer.

Clean Room, but beware of getting locked out just before check out time.

Check in was easy. Room was clean. Breakfast was ok.

Cons:

I have stayed at number of Super 8's in different areas. Several of them have this system where your room key automatically stops working 20 min BEFORE check out time! It is very frustrating because I'm always loading up my car making several trips back and forth and then suddenly I am locked out! So then I have to go the office to tell them that my key just stopped working and I still have my stuff locked in the room. They really should change that so that it locks you out AFTER checkout time, NOT BEFORE! So just be aware of this, because it is quite annoying when you are trying to hurry and then suddenly get locked out.
