Clean Room, but beware of getting locked out just before check out time.

Cons:

I have stayed at number of Super 8's in different areas. Several of them have this system where your room key automatically stops working 20 min BEFORE check out time! It is very frustrating because I'm always loading up my car making several trips back and forth and then suddenly I am locked out! So then I have to go the office to tell them that my key just stopped working and I still have my stuff locked in the room. They really should change that so that it locks you out AFTER checkout time, NOT BEFORE! So just be aware of this, because it is quite annoying when you are trying to hurry and then suddenly get locked out.

Hello,

I’d like to request a refund for my recent stay due to a serious issue at check-in. When I arrived, I politely asked if I could check in early or at least receive my room key and number, since I would be returning late that night. The man at the front desk was extremely rude, cut me off, and refused to help. He also told me that if I didn’t come back before 2 a.m., he would cancel my reservation — even though my booking was for two nights.

Because of this, I was unable to check in that night and ended up having to sleep in my car. The next morning, a different staff member was very helpful and let me check in with no problem.

The property advertises 24-hour check-in online and even has a “walk-ins welcome” sign, so I should not have been turned away.

Given that I was denied access to the room and had to sleep in my car, I believe a full refund for this booking is appropriate.

Pros:

Pour notre premier voyage en Amérique, mon mari et moi avons séjourné au Super 8 du 28 décembre 2025 au 30 décembre 2025, dans la chambre 219, et tout était vraiment parfait.
Rien à redire : le check-in a été rapide, l’emplacement est idéal, et la laverie incluse est encore mieux que ce que j’imaginais.

For our first trip to America, my husband and I stayed at the Super 8 from December 28, 2025 to December 30, 2025, in room 219, and everything was absolutely perfect.
Nothing to complain about: the check-in was fast, the location was excellent, and having a laundry facility included was even better than I imagined.

Cons:

Juste un petit bémol concernant le petit déjeuner, un peu limité et avec peu de choix.
Mis à part cela, tout était parfait et pour moi c’est 100 000 % validé !

The only small downside was the breakfast, which was a bit limited with not many options.
Aside from that, everything was perfect and, for me, it is 100,000% approved!
