Our property has a history of more than 130 years, which is reflected in its unique architecture. Due to the building’s structure, our hotel is unfortunately not fully accessible. Access for wheelchair users is limited, as some areas can only be reached via stairs and there is no continuous step-free access throughout the property.

Fantastic hotel, but too hot for me.
Pros:

The room, food and staff were great as was the sauna and the views. In fact everything other than the excessive heat was great.

Cons:

The room was too hot. The corridors were too hot. The restaurant was too hot. Even with the window open and the heating "off" the room was too hot which impacted my sleep.

We had wonderfull time at the hotel, excellent kitchen, marvelous breakfast, incredible views.
Pros:

Superb location by the lake, centrally located. Excellent service. Booking three month in advance got a very special deal pricewise. Have been staying here before and will stay definitely again.

Cons:

Time limitations for kids visiting swimming pool.

Exceptional food, lovely views, comfy beds, lovely spa.
Pros:

It's very Grand but not very accessible if you hurt yourself on the slopes.
Old school grandeur and the rooms are lovely.
The free ski bus is excellent. Spa is wonderful.

Cons:

Too many steps everywhere, especially after a days skiing on my old knees.
Would be awful if you hurt yourself.

Essa reserva eu fiz para minha filha que tem uma criança de 3 anos, achei muito gentil as Fotos que o hotel tirou com o papai Noel e disponibilizou para pegarmos, mas a da família de minha filha estava faltando, gostaria que enviassem para ela o link.
