Our property has a history of more than 130 years, which is reflected in its unique architecture. Due to the building’s structure, our hotel is unfortunately not fully accessible. Access for wheelchair users is limited, as some areas can only be reached via stairs and there is no continuous step-free access throughout the property.

Great views, rude staff, shady cleanliness
Pros:

The view is exceptional, as well as the location in the center and very close to the train station. The Spa’s are also really nice and very well equipped. Staff at the reception were nice, with the exception if one trainee on the day we arrived, who behaved like she did not really want to be there.

Cons:

Room, though nice is not very clean, a lot of dust everywhere, floors have not been cleaned in a while. Room cleaning not done very properly either on the second day. They left all the dirty glasses we had used in the room without replacing them, also they did not replaced the coffee capsules. Restaurant staff need some more
Communication and customer service training, we called for room service and minibar refill during dinner time and they were very dismissive saying its very busy , they were rushing me on the phone and when i said i also want minibar refill he said he cannot do it due to dinner rush in a very unfriendly and rude tone. Generally most of staff we dealt with behave like it is an honor for us to be attended by them not a service that we paid for. This made our stay here unpleasant and service not in line with the quality expected vs price paid.
