Our property has a history of more than 130 years, which is reflected in its unique architecture. Due to the building’s structure, our hotel is unfortunately not fully accessible. Access for wheelchair users is limited, as some areas can only be reached via stairs and there is no continuous step-free access throughout the property.

Overall beautiful hotel to stay, the room is beautiful. good Value for money

Bell man luggage service is much too slow, took half hour to get my luggage up and down when I checked in and out.

Hotel und Lage sehr schön, aber den Rest muss ich nicht mehr haben

Schönes Hotel, die Lage ist wunderschön.
Das Personal war ok.

Cons:

Ich liebe meine Heimat und darum mache ich auch so gut wie immer Urlaub in Österreich. Zell am See ist ein wunderschöner Ort, aber ich dachte, ich bin in Saudi Arabien.
Das Hotel war zu 70 Prozent mit solchen Gästen belegt. Ich sah überwiegend nur Burkas und bis zu den Augen verschleierte Frauen mit ihren Kindern und Männer.
Das ist nicht meine Vorstellung von Erholungsurlaub in einem so schönen Ort wie Zell am See.
Ich habe mich auch mit Einheimischen unterhalten und sie bestätigten mir, das es hier im Sommer überwiegend so sei.
Vielleicht sollten sie das mal berücksichtigen, das sich diese Leute dort aufhalten.
Ich genieße es halt mehr, mit den Gästen auch zu plaudern und bevorzuge auch österreichisches Personal.

فندق بموقع جميل لكن من غير تكييف للاسف
Pros:

موقع الفندق مثالي في زيلامسي وله اطلاله مباشرة على البحيره وقريب من كل شيء
موظفون مرحبون ومتعاونون
الافطار جيد وبه اغلب ما تتوقع وجوده
يحتوي الفندق على مرآب للسيارات

Cons:

اهم عيب من وجهة نظري هو عدم وجود تكييف وخاصة بالايام الحارة او للاشخاص المتعودين على وجود التكييف فقد كنت اعاني من اجل النوم وانا لا احب فتح الشباك اثناء النوم علما ان هناك مراوح في الغرف التي استأجرتها
الامر الاخر نوع الاسره والمخدات لم يكونوا مريحين بالنسبة الي

優雅な滞在
Pros:

湖に浮かんでいるようなホテルでとても豊かな気持ちになりました。ザルツブルクからも乗り換えがなく一本で駅からも近いので車をレンタルしなくても来れました。
ウェルカムドリンクからお茶の時間のケーキ、夕食、朝食も美味しかったです。

Cons:

クーラーがないとの事で心配してましたが当日はそこまで気温が上がらなかったので大丈夫でした。

NICE HOTEL IN A FABULOUS AREA
Pros:

We liked the environment of the hotel close to the beautiful lake
Breakfast was great!
I liked the balcony at the room which gave us the opportunity to see the lake all day long

Cons:

We didn't like the fact that there was no air conditioning especially since we faced hot days
the rooms were not so clean especially the balcony areas
