Komfortowe miejsce na krótki pobyt.
Pros:

Przemiła i pomocna obsługa hotelu. Odpisują szybko na maile, szukają dogodnych rozwiązań.

Great stay, recomended and probobly will stay again
Pros:

Overall was great, close to transportation, clean staff was ok, maybe more help to the people, that are first time in Vienna and are older and don't know sometime how the world is running in 2026 with technology

Cons:

Some staff members where there only to kill a time, take hourly wage and didn't care about guests or reputation of the hotel.

A suit for the price of a small room.
Pros:

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. It felt like summer inside whilst it was -7 outside. The building is very sound and temperature insulated. The renovated rooms are great. At a step from Matzleindorferplatz major public transport node.

Cons:

The elevator still needs to be renovated. But that will come soon I guess.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt, mit Luxusvibes, wir kommen immer wieder sehr gerne :)
Pros:

Suuuper nettes, lustiges und freundliches Empfangspersonal am Schalter, Zimmer wie immer TOP!!!

Cons:

Im Bad roch es „muffig“ und in der Dusche war innen Schimmel zu sehen… fand ich sehr schade.
