Nerden başlasam bilemiyorum. Check in günü tam vaktinde otele geldim ve resepsiyonda birçok insanın yığılı halde beklediğini ve bir kısmının da etraftaki koltuklarda beklediğini gördüm, bana da oturmam söylendi ve beklemem istendi. Sadece bir kişi check in için yardımcı oluyordu ve neredeyse 1 saate yakın bir süre check in yapmak için bekledim , zaman kaybetmeme sebep oldular. Booking yaparken double room seçtiğimde görselde tek bir double yatak vardı ama bana iki single yataklı oda verildi , üstelik resepsiyondaki adam bana "elimizde uygun olan odayı vermeye çalışacağız" dedi. Ben de bu ne demek oluyor ben zaten double room ve büyük bir yataklı oda seçmiştim deyip elimdeki booking confirmation kağıdını gösterdim ve bana "bu sadece bir kağıt" dedi. Son derece amatörce ve kaba bir yaklaşımdı kesinlikte profesyonellikten uzaktı. Odaya yerleştikten sonra dışarı çıkarken bir kat görevlisine su nerden içebilirim diye sordum ve bana kaba bir şekilde "biz burda su vermiyoruz" deyip azarladı. Tahmin edebiliyor musunuz? Odada su bile yok, ayrıca kahve çay şeker gibi çok temel ve standart şeyler bile yok, haliyle kettle da yok. Resepsiyona inip sorduğumda "su içmek için şurdaki makineleri kullan" dedi ve yanlış hatırlamıyorsam 1 yada 2 Euro ödemem gerektiğini söyledi. Yada yakınlarda bir benzin istasyonu var oraya gidip al dedi. İlk defa su verilmeyen bir otel görüyorum, buradaki yüksek puana aldanarak bu odayı tuttum ve kısa süre kalacağım için katlandım, yoksa asla kalmak istemezdim. Ayrıca otelin bulunduğu bölge de hiç güvenli gözükmedi , kendimi pek güvende hissetmedim. Daha iyi yerler bulabilirsiniz zamanınızı ve paranızı boşa harcamayın. Aklıma gelenler bunlar , gerçi zaten bunlar yeter de artar bile.

Con mia moglie e mio figlio abbiamo trascorso la festività di Pasqua a Vienna e questo albergo è stato perfetto, la fermata della metro vicinissima, la camera Superior ambia e luminosa, soprattutto il personale sempre disponibili a risolvere i problemi, come la mattina della nostra partenza che la cassaforte in camera non voleva aprirsi per prendere i nostri documenti, non voleva lasciarci andare🤣.
