Perfect location, great staff
Pros:

The hotel itself was really nicely decorated. The staff were super nice and helpful. The temperature within the hotel and room was perfect. It was perfectly situated for exploring the city

Cons:

The only thing I didn't like is that you couldn't walk around the bed so i had to climb over my husband every time I needed to get out of bed. Also there was quite a deep ledge around the bed which I regularly scrapped my leg on whilst tryint to get in or out of bed.

Not a regular hotel feel
Pros:

Great location, very clean

Cons:

It’s essentially a hostel type vibe, paying so much extra for a tiny in room bathroom I figured I should’ve just gone to a standard hotel. No tea/coffee facilities in the room, rooms are very small

A unique property, close to everything you need! A fabulous stay!
Pros:

This is a unique property and we stayed across the road in the loft apartments. The hotel is in a lovely locality close to BackBay and Arlington stations, so you can go anywhere! We didn’t see the staff much which was great for us , but every time we needed them they were there to help out. Always courteous and prompt.

Awesome location, friendly staff, clean hotel
Pros:

The location was awesome, the staff friendly and the hotel was clean. Even though the bathrooms were shared, we didn’t have any issues. There were always available bathrooms and they were cleaned very often.

We liked everything :)
