Fun downstairs, uncomfortable in room, although excellent bed was a plus.
Pros:

Fun and comfortable lobby. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Good Mexican restaurant attached.

Cons:

We knew this was a budget facility for downtown Boston. We reserved a room with in-room bath. Although the king-sized bed was excellent, the arrangement of the room was uncomfortable and exhausting. Bed against window so that window sleeper had to crawl over partner in middle of night. Tiny sink, not in bathroom, but next to bed, with no room for toiletries. Impossible to wash face without splattering on floor. We knew you had to pay extra for a room with a desk, but hadn't realized there wouldn't even be a chair. Normally, my complaint about hotel rooms is that they're too light. This one was super dark, but in the absence of a nightlight, we had to leave the way too bright bathroom light on. No closet was okay given hanging space, but a few more hooks, especially in bathroom, where there was no place for your clothes, would have been helpful. The whole arrangement was exhausting and made the room difficult for two people to navigate. I've stayed in smaller European hotel rooms, that were nonetheless far more comfortable.

Great location and nice hotel
Pros:

Nice room but a bit small once you’ve got your luggage in as the bed is massive and takes up most of the space.
But bed was very comfy and nice shower
Friendly staff which allowed us to check in 2 hours early

Great place to stay!
Pros:

We stayed in a quad bedroom with the bathroom ‘down the hall’. It was clean, comfortable and convenient. Lots of little details that made it obvious that everything was well thought out. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Centrally located and very affordable.

Cons:

Can’t fault it! It was great.

Had a great stay. Hotel room was very clean and shared bathroom kept very clean.
Pros:

Front desk staff was very pleasant. Walking distance to stores and to the T train/metro. “Shared bathroom” was kept very clean. Very nice and cozy lobby area and nice little cafe area in the lobby.

Cons:

Shower curtain is too short and so floor gets very wet when u shower. I did mention this to front desk staff at check out.
